Blood Moon pt.2

In the brights skies stood a scarlet moon, and here i am fighting hordes of realistic bloodlusted minecraft mobs.

And in the distance i see an armored red skeleton with a giant scythe on his arm and a bow on its back, it was wearing bright red ruby armor and its eyes were spewing out red flames. "….That's fucking unholy"

As if the constant reminders of the creepers running towards me like they were on steroids i slashed at more zombies and shielded arrows that were about to hit me, i was using as little aura as i could muster up.

"EXCALIBUR" I shouted as i indulged in my fantasy, though i can't do that it was still refreshing to do that, maybe if my aura increases i may even mimic EA or something relatively close to it.

But i felt a strange release of frustration as i sliced through the mobs, though there was a lot of them it felt like a peaceful time slaughtering them, the screams of pain from the spiders after i cut their legs, the creepers cries after i plunge my sword in them, the skeletons bones shattering as the impact of my sword resounded and the most satisfying is the how the My sword cuts through the zombies as if they were butter.

I was in a trance that i never want to end, a trance of killing and killing and killing. Am i being affected by the blood moon or am i actually just clinically insane, Well who cares anyways.

As the last zombie fell to the ground, disintegrating into a pile of pixelated flesh, I took a moment to catch my breath. The eerie red glow of the moon painted everything in a macabre light, making the battlefield look like a scene from a nightmare. My armor was dented and scratched, but it had held up against the relentless onslaught.

I turned my gaze back to the red skeleton, which was now striding towards me with a menacing grace. Its ruby armor gleamed ominously, and the flames in its eyes seemed to burn brighter as it approached.

"Soon like your skeleton brothers, i will turn you into bone meal and feed you to my plants" I gripped my sword tighter, feeling the weight of exhaustion settle in my limbs, but adrenaline kept me on my feet. The skeleton warrior was unlike any mob I had faced before. Its movements were precise, almost intelligent, and the scythe it wielded seemed to hum with a sinister energy.

The air grew colder as it closed the distance between us. I could feel the malevolence radiating from it. This wasn't just a random mob; this was something else, something more dangerous.

With a burst of speed, the skeleton lunged at me, its scythe slicing through the air with deadly precision. I barely managed to parry the blow, the force of the impact sending vibrations up my arm. I retaliated with a quick slash of my own, but the skeleton deflected it effortlessly with its armored forearm.

"Alright, you bastard, let's dance," I muttered under my breath, trying to keep my focus.

The fight was intense, a blur of metal and fire as we traded blows. The skeleton was relentless, its attacks calculated and powerful. My aura flickered and waned, the strain of the battle taking its toll. Every time I landed a hit, it seemed to shrug it off, the ruby armor absorbing most of the damage.

Suddenly, the skeleton swung its scythe in a wide arc, forcing me to dodge backward. It used the opening to draw the bow from its back, firing arrows with terrifying accuracy. I raised my shield just in time, the arrows thudding into it with enough force to knock me back a step.

"I need to end this quickly," I thought, my mind racing for a strategy. The longer this dragged on, the more my chances of survival dwindled.

As the skeleton prepared another volley of arrows, I seized the moment. Channeling the last reserves of my aura, I launched myself forward with a burst of speed, closing the distance between us in an instant. The skeleton's eyes burned intently as I swung my sword with all my might, aiming for the chink in its armor at the neck.

"Go back to the nether little skeleton" The skeleton tried to parry, but it was too late. My blade struck true, slicing through the narrow gap in its armor. The red flames in its eyes flickered and then dimmed as its head separated from its body. The skull clattered to the ground, the rest of the skeleton collapsing in a heap of ruby armor and bones.

For a moment, everything was still. The battlefield was eerily quiet, save for my heavy breathing. I stood there, sword in hand, staring at the fallen skeleton. The glow from the scarlet moon seemed to intensify, casting long, dark shadows over the scene.

The bones and the armor on the skeleton slowly disintegrated into ash, What was left of it was a red longbow, i took it and put it inside my inventory.

"Damn, was i on drugs?" i said looking back at the pure red moon, i shrugged it off and went towards my base, thankfully the monsters didn't destroy the temple and i have gotten a lot of strings and gunpowder, the bones can make good bonemeal the rotten flesh is nothing to talk about.

I am hungry i probably have some food in one of my chests. As i went back to my base i made sure to repair my door and the barn, then i med some shears and tool some wool from the sheep.

After that i made a bed and slept on it. The night was tumultuous, but sleep came surprisingly easy after the battle. The exhaustion from fighting the hordes and the intense duel with the red skeleton weighed heavily on me. As I drifted into unconsciousness, my mind replayed the scenes of the fight, the thrill of the combat, and the eerie tranquility that followed.

I woke up to the gentle light of dawn filtering through the cracks in my base. The world outside seemed peaceful, a stark contrast to the chaos of the previous night. I stretched, feeling the soreness in my muscles from the intense battle.

"Another day, another adventure," I muttered to myself, stepping outside to inspect the aftermath. The battlefield was littered with remnants of the mobs, but the morning sun made everything seem less menacing.

I gathered the drops, sorting them into my chests. The red longbow from the skeleton intrigued me. Its design was unlike any other bow I had seen in the game. I decided to test it out later, curious about its capabilities.

After a hearty breakfast, I prepared for the day's tasks. The temple needed more fortifications, and I had to stock up on supplies. The memory of the scarlet moon and the bloodlusted mobs lingered in my mind, a reminder of the unpredictable dangers of this world.

"So now i have to build a wall, back to mining i guess," I muttered, grabbing my pickaxe and heading towards the mine. The calm of the morning was a stark contrast to the chaos of the night, but I knew it was only a temporary reprieve. The scarlet moon had shown me a glimpse of the dangers lurking in this world, and I needed to be prepared.

As I delved deeper into the mine, the rhythmic sound of pickaxe against stone was almost soothing. I found veins of iron and coal, essential for reinforcing my defenses. The occasional glint of gold and redstone added to the haul, promising new possibilities for upgrades and traps.

Hours passed, and my inventory filled with resources. I headed back to the surface, the daylight almost blinding after the dim glow of the mine. The temple stood tall, a beacon of my efforts to survive and thrive in this harsh world.

I spent the rest of the day fortifying the walls, reinforcing the doors, and setting up traps around the perimeter. The red longbow hung on the wall, a reminder of the night's battle and a testament to my victory.

My diamond sword is almost out of durability and i need to make a new set of iron armor, i did not find any diamonds when i was mining but i found tons of gold and iron, i have three stacks of coal too. An i think the blood moon made me a battle maniac cause my body has this itch.

to fight again, an itch that wouldn't be easily scratched.

As night began to fall once more, I couldn't help but glance up at the sky, half-expecting the scarlet moon to return. But tonight, the moon was a pale, serene white, casting a gentle light over my fortified base. The tranquility of the scene felt almost surreal after the previous night's chaos.

Tomorrow the orb will replenish, that mrans i can get a rare item maybe.
