Meeting

I am back, sorry for late update, got a lot of work to do

----

Ethan's mountain base was quiet, almost too quiet. Normally, this was the place where he could gather his thoughts, plan his next moves, and prepare for the challenges ahead. But now, with everything he had experienced, his mind was weighed down with questions he couldn't answer. Each breath felt heavy, and the chill that lingered in the air didn't help. He shook his head, trying to refocus as he spread the map across his crafting table.

Ethan traced his finger along the familiar paths, marking out his base, the stronghold, and his planned route to the End Portal. The idea of going after the Ender Dragon had seemed so straightforward once, a mission he could fight head-on, a final battle to have opportunity to escape this world. But now? Mutant, herobrine and everything else keep stopping him.

Was the End still what he thought it was? What if it held far greater dangers than he'd thought? What if the Ender Dragon had been mutated too, turn into some form like the mutant he'd faced so far? Ethan just stands there motionless, a feeling of unease settling over him. His heart beat faster as the possibilities swirled in his mind.

Just as he was lost in thought, a strange sensation washed over him, a chill that ran down his spine. He suddenly felt a presence in the room, a silent yet powerful energy that seemed to press in around him. Slowly, he turned, instinctively reaching for his sword, muscles tensed for a fight.

And there, in the shadowy corner of the room, stood a figure, a man with glowing white eyes that seemed to pierce through the darkness. Ethan's heart skipped a beat as he recognized the figure standing before him.

"Herobrine…" he whispered, gripping his sword tighter, his mind racing with disbelief and confusion.

Herobrine simply watched him, his face expressionless, yet his eyes burned with a strange intensity. The air felt heavier, charged with something Ethan couldn't explain, as if time itself had slowed. Herobrine took a step closer, moving with a calm, almost unnerving grace.

"What… what are you doing here?" Ethan asked, his voice shaky, trying to keep his tone steady despite the fear gnawing at him. "How did you get into my base?"

Herobrine tilted his head, a faint, almost curious smile flickering across his face. "Look at you," he murmured, his voice low and smooth. "You've changed, Ethan."

Ethan took a step back, keeping his sword raised, his heart hammering in his chest. "What are you talking about?" he demanded, eyes narrowed. "Changed how?"

Herobrine's gaze traveled over Ethan, his eyes seeming to take in every detail, as if he were examining him. "You're different now," he said softly. "That its"

Ethan's grip tightened on his sword as he tried to make sense of Herobrine's words. "What?" he realized, a confusion flashing across his face. "Why? What do you want from me?"

Herobrine's faint smile didn't waver. "Nothing he said, his voice almost amused. "I just here to look at you"

"Look at me? Ethan spat, a bitter laugh escaping him. "if those mutant hunting to kill me means you look at me then better if you don't do that"

Herobrine's eyes glinted with something unreadable, an emotion Ethan couldn't place. "Perhaps you misunderstand," he said, his tone cool. "I never send any being to kill you, if I want to I can kill you with ease." He took another step forward, his gaze locked onto Ethan. "Tell me, what do you see when you look around?"

Ethan's looked around his base, his frustration rising. "I see a lot of thing, even thing that should not exist."

Herobrine shook his head, a faint smile still on his face. "What you see is only part of the truth. The rest is hidden, waiting to be uncovered. And you… you're closer to it than you realize."

Ethan felt a wave of anger and impatience building inside him. "Enough with the nonsense!" he shouted. "If you have something to say, then say it!"

Herobrine's eyes softened, and for the briefest moment, Ethan thought he saw a flicker of… pity? "Ethan," he said quietly, almost as if speaking to himself. "You may believe you understand, but there is so much you haven't seen. So much you cannot see. Yet."

Ethan's grip on his sword wavered as he tried to process Herobrine's words. "What… what does that mean?"

Herobrine gave a faint smile, lifting his hand, and Ethan suddenly noticed faint, silvery chains wrapped around his own arms. They shimmered in the dim light, almost as if made of mist, and yet he hadn't noticed them until now.

"These chains," Herobrine said, his voice soft and distant. "These chains are what bind you to this world, to its rules and limits. They are the boundaries of your existence. But those boundaries are beginning to crack, to weaken. Soon, they may break entirely."

Ethan's eyes widened as he looked down at his arms, watching the chains flicker and fade, leaving him feeling… strangely lighter. "What… are you saying?" he asked, his voice barely a whisper. "That I'm… breaking free?"

Herobrine met his gaze. "Freedom is a dangerous thing," he murmured. "Once you see beyond the limits, once you break the chains… there is no going back."

Ethan shook his head, his frustration and confusion mounting. "You're speaking in riddles," he snapped. "If you know something, then tell me. Enough with the games."

Herobrine's don't speak as he thought." Well, we are in game, more specifically you are in game" but Herobrine that tell that to Ethan, he just said quietly. "Not now."

Ethan scoffed, his frustration boiling over. "Then what are you? A friend? Because all I see is someone who's caused nothing but chaos and misery."

Herobrine gave a faint smile, though his eyes held a strange sadness. "A friend? No, I am merely a anomaly. You're on a path I cannot change, one you must walk alone."

Ethan opened his mouth to protest, to demand answers, but Herobrine was already fading, his form blurring into shadows.

"Wait!" Ethan shouted, his voice echoing in the empty room. But Herobrine's presence vanished, leaving him alone with more questions than answers.
