BACK TO THE ACADEMY

As Lexine and Kivuli were speaking, the door to the room was knocked. The duo looked at each other a little confused. "I guess we will have to talk more later. You can go back into my shadow now." Lexine said with a frown on her face. She was getting more information from the shadow guard than most of the people were willing to tell her. It was quite good.

Kivuli nodded and immediately his body began to morph into a shadow. After that, the it stitched itself back into her shadow. The mark on her arm became darker after that.

Lexine then looked up from the arm and spoke up. "You can come in."

Inside the room walked a pretty girl. There was no way that Lexine could forget her. After all, she had destroyed her eardrums. Behind her was another woman who Lexine had not seen before. Her skin was dark, and she had a frown on her face.

She got off of the bed and bowed at the waist, not wanting to anger anyone who was living in this palace.
