The auction house
Next day...
Prince put up a closure board outside the inn because the owner was killed.
He didn't want anyone to come and see that the owner was missing, since most of the rooms were full of the prince's people, so no one was much suspicious, everyone thought that the inn might be full....
This thing worked in favor of the prince. But Prince had another problem, what should he do with this inn?
If he goes like this he will probably be caught or hunted forever in this kingdom or maybe in other kingdoms too...
He didn't want that so he decided to sell it as soon as possible After making some inquiries, he came to know that there was an auction house in the town...
"Are you for real?? isn't it a small town ? why is there a auction house here?" prince asked his subordinates..
"Cap, it is a small town but there are many Town nearby, and many merchants.
This is the biggest town here, So the townlord holds an auction every month, in which all the people and merchants in the neighborhood who have valuables gather here to buy and Sell."
The Prince nods in agreement and leaves for the auction house.He brings with him the papers of the inn, whoever has these will be the owner of the inn.
These are property papers just like earth but names are not written on them and they can easily be given to any other person but it does not prove that who their real owner is.
Although this system is a bit risky but easy, you just have to keep the paper safe and you can show this paper to any authority when someone doubts or challenges the recognition of your property and can prove that you are the owner of the land or house whatever it is.
In this the full address of the land, its length and breadth etc. are written to varification and a royal seal...

"Halt!! who are you? and what you want?" a gaurd asked him upon his arrival.
"Sir, i am a merchant, i am here to sell a property I recently acquired"
"very well, Go this way and submit your request, you will get the rest of the information inside"
the gaurd said while pointing his fingers to a spacious room...

When the prince went inside, he saw a counter in front where a lady was sitting, she was very big from the front view though...
"Greetings, mr. Do you want to sell or buy goods?" she asked, her voice was sweet...
"I want to sell the papers of my property."
prince replied while trying to control himself...it was actually hard to control in presence of such BIG fruits...
"Submit them here, we will evaluate it and after selling, you will be given your money, we will keep 5 percent of it."
Prince does as told and after evaluation his papers fall in the category of last few items...
"sir, your item is worth a lot so you are given free vip seat from where you can watch the auction and buy if you like something"
"thank you"
Prince leaves from there, the auction was to be held the next day so he goes back...

Shortly after the Prince leaves, two people come...
They also have something worth selling, so they carry their heavy goods in a big box and reach in front of that BIG-bodied woman.
"sir, May I know what's inside"
"we don't know..." they replied
They didn't know what they had and didn't know its value...
"We found it buried under the ground in a hilly area, when the ground shifted due to rain, this thing came out.It was wrapped in iron and attached to it with something very strong like a spider net"
He tries his best to tell her but the woman thinks they was wasting her time..
"so you mean it's a peace of junk? wrapped by some spider silk ?"
"No no no...how could I explain, you must you yourself"
At his behest, the woman stands up, because of which her chest shakes as if there is an earthquake....
She stands in front of a big box and when the box is opened she was shocked...
"This..."
"now you see?? isn't it something? "
"yes...it must be. even it is a junk, This has the potential to be the last item"
