For Uzuki Yugao, the thing she most loved in the world was Kenjutsu. But now she had a second thing she loved .... Food.
Not just any food, the food made by the owner of 'Tengoku'.
Although only 14 years old she was already an ANBU trainee and could be considered a genius.
Even during their academy days, she stuck to herself and didn't have many friends, not that she cared because she only cared about Kenjutsu. Which resulted in her having somewhat of a bland personality at least that's what she thought.
Thus she didn't hesitate to join the ANBU when the offer was made to her. And she was happy with herself and content for being able to train in Kenjutsu but that all changed when she had his food.
Uzuki Yugao wasn't a foodie but....anyone would become a foodie after eating one of his meals, although a bit pricey the food served there really did make you feel like you were in heaven.
Yugao now had two.... maybe three things she enjoyed in life, Practicing and training Kenjutsu, Eating food from Itsuki-san, and chatting with Itsuki-san from time to time.
Yugao really liked visiting the restaurant due to its atmosphere, it was never crowded and there was a comfortable aura inside the store and most of all Itsuki-san was a pleasant individual to talk with.
Yugao felt she was growing out of her loner phase. Yugao felt a little giddy inside as she felt like she made her first friend.... he was her friend... right?
Yugao felt they could be called friends, she visited Itsuki whenever she had the days off and he would chat with her a lot even though she didn't say much but it's not that she didn't want to... It's just... as a loner with zero friends and social experience, she really didn't know how to keep a conversation.
Also, others may find a 14-year-old claiming to be friends with someone twice their age weird but she didn't.
She Uzuki Yugao didn't have time for snot-nosed brats and couldn't get along with them and that's one of the reasons she was perfect ANBU material, an anti-social loner .... perfect for being an emotionless killer.
She has to complete her training and join the ANBU fast so that she can earn enough money to support her friend's business.
It definitely wasn't because she wanted to eat more of his food ....No! She Uzuki Yugao was a righteous person who only wanted to help her friend...

"Itsuki-sa-" Yugao came inside the store and was about to greet Itsuki only for her to freeze at a peculiar sight.
She gazed at the peculiar sight of a girl half her age standing on a stool and handling a wok with some difficulty while stirring the dish. Although a man was standing behind the child supervising her.
Hearing Yugao's voice Itsuki turned towards her and smiled " Uzuki-san, just give me a few minutes I'll bring you the food "
" I told you to call me Yugao " Yuago murmured while pouting a little.
Itsuki went back to guiding Ayame but he also focused on the dish to make it presentable to Yugao...
....
Yugao gazed at the dish in front of her with sparkling eyes, it just looked.... so delicious! Mapu Tofu was the name of the dish.

Without further ado, Yugao dug into the food.
"So hot !" Yugao felt her tongue burn but it didn't stop her but just made her want to eat more.
Itsuki watched Yugao eating his food with a smile, although Yugao acted really mature, she was still just a 12-year-old child.
He really liked talking to Yugao and making her smile as he felt she was just a socially awkward child and he could see she really liked conversing with him. He didn't know why ... but maybe he had a soft spot for kids, especially orphans.
Maybe he sympathized with them and didn't want them to endure the loneliness he endured.
Itsuki gazed softly at Yugao who was eating everything with a blissful smile on her face...

"Hm~ Hm ~ Hm..." Anko was humming a tune as she was skipping through the forest with a beat in her steps. Behind were two people, a beautiful red-eyed girl and a boy who looked like the sleazy uncle your parents always warned you about.
Kurenai looked calm on the surface as her facial expression revealed nothing but inwardly it was whole another matter.
She was already missing her Onii-sama, but what could she do when duty calls?
Kurenai had a long-term view on matters, she wished to be strong enough to protect her Onii-sama and she wanted to save enough money so that when she retired she and her Onii-sama could live happily with each other, Kurenai conveniently ignored the existence of his 'Wife'.
She had to complete this mission perfectly so that she could get back to her Onii-sama quickly.
"Hey, Kurenai why is Anko acting so weird " Kurenai heard an annoying voice near which broke her out of her reverie and caused her to be a little pissed.
Kurenai glared at the sleazy guy who had a cigarette in his mouth thinking it was cool, but it only decreased her opinion of him.
" Don't care " She answered curtly before walking away leaving the guy a little stunned...

Asuma clenched his fist in irritation, he was getting a little irritated.
He thought this was the perfect opportunity for him to woo Kurenai with his manly charm, but she had been giving him the cold shoulder from the start of the mission. If it wasn't for Kurenai he wouldn't have joined a team with this traitor's disciple, he honestly felt a little disgusted being near her.
But Asuma calmed down a little, he was the son of the Hokage, the future greatest Shinobi. With his charm, it won't be that difficult to take down a little girl.
As you have to have patience when chasing girls. Asuma with a confident smirk walked after Kurenai.
