Chapter 1 - Where am I

"Samuel! Samuel!" Gingerly, Silf opened her eyes. There was a young boy crouched, in front of her face, gently shaking her shoulders. Freezing, Silf backed off, quickly. Too quickly. The boy's face dropped when he saw this reaction. "Samuel?" He said again. Samuel, that's a boys name, I'm a girl, I know I am.

Although she pitied the boy, Silf opened her mouth to point this out; her body stiffened, subtly starting to shake. Searing pain shot, like a soldering iron, through her body; not as bad as the torture from the green men was though. Marie's conscience suddenly filled with memories that she didn't remember making, fighting stances she didn't remember learning, friends she didn't know.

Her whole body was shaking now as 14 years worth of memories flooded into her mind along with 24 years of her own. The lion heart's torment echoed as she screamed, her conscience became one with the original. 'I'm so sorry' was the only thoughts she had as the new body remembered its horrors and monsters. Its conscience's death.

Tears of salt and blood were spilling down her face as the suffering finally released her broken body. She saw the child's sorrows and her greatest joys. 'We will be one and I will avenge those for you Sam'

'Rest in peace knowing I will make them pay!'

The boy, who she now knew to be Lars, was sweating, his clasped knuckles white although still waiting for her to continue screaming. His eyes were wide but held his ground not retreating more the than one step from his best friend. She could hear his breathing ragged and uneven, and she could smell the bile from where she sat. 'I must have scared him' Silf opened her mouth to apologise but found she couldn't move, not even to speak. 'I need to say sorry later then.' Was the last thought that she had before giving into the aching agony and passing out.

Sorry the chapters are short, if your reading, I've never been a good or very confident writer so they might vary on length mostly remaining in the area of short, very short and medium-ish
