Ophelia could not believe what had just happened,it had never happened in the history of this town that a witch married a vampire how??

"why would dad do such a thing he knows witches aren't compatible with vampires and yet he wants to go ahead with it oh God what is this"she said placing her hands on her head,just then the door opened and her best friend came inside. She ran and went to hug her and started crying "phelia it ok don't cry I am here now"Gabbie Said hugging her tightly.

"Gabbie did you hear the news? Ophelia asked. "yes I did and the preparations has started"Gabbie replied.

"but why Ophelia why didn't dad ask Bridget to marry him instead"Ophelia asked Gabbie hoping she had an answer but Gabbie was also clueless.

"look phelia just get married to him,look if we form an Alliance with them then they can help us fight the we're wolves you know

"but Gabbie what will I do,I don't want to marry a pale thing"Ophelia said with disgust. Gabbie chuckled "phelia you are not serious why would you say such a thing forget it I promise you that you will like him"

Ophelia looked at Gabbie "like him no I won't besides I have never seen him so I don't know if he is an ugly monster"

"phelia!! enough just do it have faith it will work out"

"fine I am only agreeing to this because of you"Ophelia said smiling.
