From Tatooine To Naboo
32 years Before the Battle of Yavin.
Planet Tatooine.
In the middle of the day, during high noon when the sun was at its highest and heat was overbearing, in the middle of the endless sandy desert, a glowing white energy sphere suddenly appeared, and when it passed, a man stood at its place.
This purple-eyed man with shoulder-length black hair was wearing a suit that, if seen by the people of this world they would definately stare at it. It was not the style here at all.
He looked around in wonder, "A desert? Doesn't seem like Naboo... which means time could also be different than intended. Sigh!", he could not find any hint of civilization even with his telescopic vision.
Yep. This was Kol.
"At least the air appears to be breathable, which means that there may be a civilization here somewhere.", then he bent down and, "Boom!", launched himself up in the air, flying towards some random direction.

After a couple of hours, Kol finally figured out his situation.
First, he went outside the planet, then located civilization thanks to all the light pollution visible from space, and along the way, he was attacked by a tribe of Tusken raiders who started shooting out of nowhere. Scanning their minds helped in figuring out where and when he ended up, and satiating hunger.
"A star map, the best available. And I'll take that boy. I'm new around here and I do need a guide, along with any family he might have. I'll pay in gold.", Kol told the alien dealer who looked like a four feet tall purple-colored bee.
He was flying in the air in front of him using his bee-like wings and had an elephant-like trunk for a nose.

"The slaves are not for sale, but gold is accepted as payment.", then he yelled to the nine-year-old boy who was standing on the side, "Boy! Go, grab me one.".
And so he did, from one of the shelves in the back.
Meanwhile, Kol took out a gold bar from his ring, took the map, and paid the Toydarian, whose name was Watto. Though he wasn't sure if he was overpaying him.
After completing the transaction, Kol didn't walk out, instead turned to the boy, "What is your name, boy?".
"Anakin Skywalker, sir.", Anakin replied nervously. Since he was force-sensitive, he could instinctively feel the danger emanating from Kol.
Kol looked at him in the eyes, and asked with an evil smirk, "Tell me, Anakin, if you ever had the choice, an opportunity to become the master of your own destiny, but in place of this current course of your life, this life of a slave, yet quite secure, stable, and most of all, predictable in this cruel, unfair world, then what would you choose? Slavery and predictability, or Freedom and chaos?".
Hearing this, Anakin's eyes went wide for a moment, but it seemed like he had already pondered over it before, as the hesitation was soon replaced by certainty, which became nervousness when he glanced over at Watto, who could end his and his mother's life with a push of a button.
Anakin did not answer but kept his head down, however, Kol already understood his answer, "Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha!", he laughed out loud. Since he was in Star Wars, then how could he not be interested in The Force.
By his point, Watto had already lost patience with this and was done listening, "Hey! What do you think you are, some kind of a Jedi? This planet is ruled by Jabba the Hut. So unless you wanna join this boy as a slave, get out now.".
Hearing this, Kol stopped laughing and glanced at him, "Really? Are you sure? Because I have an offer here that no sane person would ever refuse.", in a calm, enticing tone.
Watto was a greedy dealer, and he was already quite interested in Kol because of how he took out that gold bar before which appeared to have come out of thin air.
Now after listening to him, Watto couldn't help but ask, "What is it? Tell me, I don't have all day.".
"Quite simple. Life for life. Your life for your slaves. Think about it. This is once in a lifetime opportunity. You free your slaves, and in return, you get to live. Isn't that amazing?".
"Who do you think you are!", Watto yelled, "You dare threaten me...", but he couldn't finish his sentence, "Snap!", Kol snapped his fingers, and, "Bang!!", Watto's body exploded from inside. He became a big disgusting smudge on the wall.
Seeing such cruelty, Anakin emptied his stomach on the spot, "Augluglugluglu!!", it would probably scar this kid for life, either that or he'll grow up sooner than most kids his age.
After getting the star map, Kol didn't waste any time and went to visit Anakin's mother. After all, he just wanted to study The Force, not become a babysitter.
He talked it out with Shmi Skywalker, Anakin's mother, and they had an understanding. Then Kol took them both into his M-Ring and flew towards planet Naboo according to the map.
He was new into this world and he needed a proper foothold to establish himself. He was no vagabond after all. Naboo was just the best option considering his limited knowledge about this world.

When Kol reached Naboo, he found it surrounded by around a dozen destroyer class battleships and a couple of big battle stations.
They noticed him as well because as he approached closer, they released their starfighters to confront him, and those that were facing him opened fire.
This was an extremely strange situation even for Kol. He had visited many alien civilizations in the Marvel world and knew for certain that even the most hostile civilizations don't act this way.
They try not to provoke an enemy of his caliber, because if they are capable of FTL travel, hyperspace travel, or straight out opening a wormhole, then they are more than capable of measuring threat levels of the lifeforms they encounter.
Thankfully, Kol had watched the first three Star Wars movies, so he could guess what was going on.
Most likely, this was the Trade Federation that had set up a blockade around planet Naboo, which did not believe in violence and therefore did not have a fleet, or even a proper security force to defend themselves.
Of course, even if that wasn't the case, Kol didn't like to be shot at by some random side characters for no apparent reason whatsoever.
It can be imagined what happened afterward. It was a total and complete annihilation. By the time Kol was done, nothing but debris remained floating in space around Naboo.
On the other hand, where this debris was most dense was what used to be the command center for the droid army on the ground on Naboo.

There were many races and many different civilizations in the Star Wars world, and they were all managed by the Galactic Republic, which housed representatives from them all.
In recent years, turmoil had engulfed the Galactic Republic due to the taxation of trade routes to the outlying star systems.
The greedy and ravenous Trade Federation stopped all trade to and from the small planet of Naboo by a blockade of deadly battleships all around it.
When the news reached the Republic and Naboo asked for assistance, then due to the evergrowing influence of the Federation and corruption in the Republic, all they could do was debate about it endlessly without any real result.
Thankfully, the Supreme Chancellor Valorum wasn't on the Federation's payroll. He secretly sent Jedi Knight Qui-Gon Jinn and his apprentice Obi-Wan Kenobi on a secret mission to meet with the Trade Federation to assess the situation, and if possible, settle the crisis on Naboo.
Unknown to them, however, the Trade Federation was in league with the mysterious Sith Lord Darth Sidious, who had ordered them to invade Naboo with their immense droid army.

Naturally, the Site wouldn't want this negotiation to take place, or even for the two Jedi to reach Naboo, so he ordered the Trade Federation to eliminate them.
But it proved to be more difficult than they had hoped. The two Jedi not only escaped themselves but also helped the Naboo's leader, Queen Amidala, and her escort escape.
Then they all departed for Coruscant, the Galactic Republic's capital planet, to seek help from the Senate.
By the time when Kol arrived on Naboo, the two Jedi, along with Queen Amidala and her escort had already left the planet.
Kol entered the atmosphere and made his way to Theed, the capital city of Naboo, and then flew towards the Royal Palace.

It didn't take long before Kol found Viceroy Nute Gunray and other officials of the Trade Federation. They started panicking in confusion after the droids guarding them mysteriously dropped down all of a sudden.

"What could it be...", a Neimoidians asked the others.
"I believe it's a problem with the command center, otherwise not all of them would've dropped like this.", Viceroy assumed.
"Shall we inform Lord Sidious? It could be something concerning.", one other asked.
"No!", a third Neimoidian rebuked him, "It... It might just be a little glitch. Lord Sidious doesn't need his time wasted with little problems.", he spoke with fear apparent in his voice.
"Yes, that is correct!", the other Neimoidians agreed as they all nodded fearfully.
"Let us assess the situation first before deciding what actions to take.", Viceroy Gunray spoke, "Contact the command center.".
However just then, "There's no need for that... seeing as it doesn't exist anymore.", Kol walked into the room.
Hearing his voice, they all turned around to face him.
"You... you can't be here.", a Neimoidian pointed at him.
"Who are you?", Viceroy asked.
"Me?", Kol replied, "Well, I suppose this planet belongs to me now... and so do your lives.".
"What nonsense!", the Neimoidians fumed in anger and panic.
"Arrest him!", Viceroy commanded the others.
But how would this bunch of bureaucrats go about doing that? Nobody even stepped forward.
"Surrender now and we shall show some leniency in your punishment.", one of them commanded as he pointed a finger at Kol like his life was already in his hands.
But Kol was already done playing with these ugly old green aliens with a funny-sounding accent. He waved his hand and the Telekinetic pressure had them all on their knees, unable to move or make a sound.

Coincidentally, just as Kol left Tatooine, Queen Amidala and others arrived there, because before while escaping Naboo, they were hit and their ship was damaged, so they had to stop somewhere to fix it.
Afterward, they continued onto Coruscant, where they met with Chancellor Valorum and others and went on to meet the rest of the senate.
Unfortunately, as expected there was no result. These bureaucrats failed to understand the gravity of the situation.
Senator Palpatine of Naboo then convinced Queen Amidala to call a vote of no confidence in Chancellor Valorum, which removed Valorum from power and nominated Palpatine for the position.
Unknown to them all, Palpatine was secretly the Sith Lord Darth Sidious and he successfully played them all in his hand.
With most of the senate in the Federation's pocket, and with the Federation secretly working for the Sith Lord, Senator Palpatine, the aforementioned secret Sith Lord, therefore, became Chancellor Palpatine.
On the other hand, the Queen then decided to go back to Naboo along with the two Jedi knights to help her people resist the invaders. She already had a plan in mind that might work.
The journey back was smooth and without worry, but when they reached near Naboo, they were baffled by the sight before them.
Their ship halted outside Naboo and observed the floating debris that surrounded the planet.
"Master, it seems like a great battle took place here. What do you think? Naboo's resistance?", Obi-Wan Kenobi asked his master, Qui-Gon Jinn.
Qui-Gon took a deep breath and replied to his padawan, "Not likely... judging by this evidence, it was completely one-sided. They were attacked from outside and the attackers were few in numbers.".
Hearing this analysis from Qui-Gon, they all sucked in a breath of cold air.
"Master Jedi, this is quite unexpected. We must learn the situation of our people immediately. Captain Panaka, land the ship somewhere close to Theed.", the Queen commanded.
