Ichika's Childhood Bestfriend

"You missed me?" Ichika blinked her eyes a few times. Is she dreaming? Her childhood bestfriend is in front of her and the most surprising thing is he is her schoolmate and she didn't even know about it.

"Why are you here?" She asked and he chuckled, pinching her cheeks a bit hard. She winced in pain and slapped his hands away.

"Itsuki!" She jumped on him when she realized that it is not a dream. Itsuki chuckled more and hugged her tight. Indeed, he missed his bestfriend. It’s been years since the last time they saw each other.

"I'm a student here since last year. I'm living with my girlfriend already." She smiled when he said that but why it feels like she lost him?

She released him from her hug and kept her smile on her lips even if it is a forced one. She saw the ring on his finger and then, she looked at the rings on hers. They are both committed already. They are not little children anymore. Many things changed already and they are included in those changes.
