A Surprise

-Inside the UA staff room-

"what do you all think about the students of this year," nezu asked the other teachers

"They are good, better than the previous year students, especially these three" Aizawa said pointing his finger to the top two and the eight position student.

The three students were obviously Izaya kurogami, Katsuki bakugo, and Izuku midoriya.

"the power behind midoriya's attack is impressive but him breaking his bones ruins this" midnight said.

"There's nothing that can't be controlled by training, besides we need heroes with powerful quirks like him," Aizawa said

"Well, there were three outstanding students in the recommendation exams as well," present mic said

"Besides, there's one thing I'm curious about," Aizawa said while looking towards nezu

"This kid, Izaya kurogami, what's his quirk"

"what do you mean, isn't is clear, it's lightning manipulation," Vlad king said

"but him flying and making the robots hover and orbit around him is far from lightning manipulation" Aizawa said

"you are right Aizawa" Nezu said

"His quirk is telekinesis"

"WHAT" Vlad king shouted

"did he have two quirks"

"no" nezu said

"his file says that he could compress his telekinetic energy to create lightning and use them as a method of attack"

"Telekinesis is an average quirk, he definitely made good use of it" present mic said

"so as you all have guessed, the three students from the recommendation exams and there three students will be in 1-A" Nezu said

The talk continued for some time related to which students should be in class 1-A and who should be in 1-B.

<All Might POV>

"Maintaining my form is hard now" I muttered as I walked into the forest area behind UA

This is a place where I come daily to walk and clear my mind, there are a lot of things going on with me, first, we haven't found out who did that to muscular.

Despite many therapy sessions and giving him drugs to calm his mind down muscular haven't changed, the conclusion the police arrived at is that muscular fought with someone with a cerebral quirk, this is still unclear but the possibility is high.

There are only two options here, either AFO has gained a new quirk or a new powerful villain appeared, the good thing is that we managed to capture a villain.

The villain we captured is not a powerful one but his influence and the speed it was spreading is the thing that terrified me, he was someone like stain who influenced many people but before his voice could reach the normal civilians we were able to capture him.

My time limit is decreasing day by day and powerful villains like these are emerging, midoriya needs to master the full power of OFA quickly.

Midoriya had told me about his friends, his childhood bully bakugo, and the one he looks up to kurogami, I have never met those two in person so I assumed that those two were just children with powerful quirks.

But at the entrance exams, I saw that not only do they have powerful quirks they have incredible mastery over it as well.

Bakugo is rash and has a habit to go into battle being arrogant and overconfident in his own power but kurogami seems the total opposite of bakugo.

Not only does he have great power, but he knows how to use it well and efficiently, during the entrance exams he was calm and composed, I saw all the qualities of a hero in him during that time.

Not only did he effectively defeated the robots but he also saved the other students with a smile on his face

(AN:- the smile was to hide his annoyance)

I'm now confused, if I would have met kurogami earlier then would I have chosen him as my successor, well I would have, seeing how I offered midoriya OFA after I just met him.

If kurogami were to inherit OFA then not only his telekinetic abilities would increase but he will gain new powers as well, I think he would be the perfect hero, the next symbol of peace if he were to inherit OFA.

Well, what's done is done, Midoriya has OFA now and he needs to practice very hard to master it, midorya told me how he wanted to surpass bakugo and kurogami and I believe he would do so with the power of OFA.

<Izaya POV>

The entrance exams are over and currently, I'm heading towards the station, normally I would warp to my house or fly there but not now, the reason being is I'm tailed.

There is a black-haired person who is tailing me since I left the UA building, it looked like he was there waiting for me.

I could stop his heart right now but first I need to know why he is tailing me, I don't think anyone had caught on to what I have done during these past years, but if somehow this person did knows that then I need to eliminate him or I'll just erase his memories, that depends upon his past actions.

So just as any smart and powerful person being tailed would do, I moved away from the train station and entered the town, I moved to various places while monitoring him.

He seems to be well hidden and tailing me, either he thinks he is well hidden from me or he thinks he can beat me in combat, well he is an adult and by the standards of this world, he could beat a normal kid.

Anyway, after observing him for enough time I turned into an alleyway, I sensed the expression on the man's face and he now has a slight smile.

I turned around and stood in the alleyway waiting for the black-haired man to arrive and soon he also entered the alleyway.

He has black hair, and golden eyes, he wore black pants and a white shirt and over the shirt is a black jacket.

The man in front of me is still smiling, I just looked at him, prompting him to answer me, and then he opened his mouth to speak.

"it's a pleasure to meet you, Izaya kurogami"

"I can't say the same to you"

"you know, I still can't believe that a kid like you managed to break muscular to that extent"
