It's Punishment Time! Part 1

(Location: Principal Nezu's Office, POV 3rd Person)

In Nezu's office there were four people present All Might, Sir Nighteye, Detective Tsukauchi, and the chimera looking principal himself. All four of them were currently looking at a monitor in Nezu's office, it showed the same news channel that Eve was watching.

"This just in, it has been announced by the police that four more children have been kidnapped from their homes last night. This is the second case of multiple kidnappings this year, and the five children, as discussed last week, were all found dead in random alleys across Japan.

The only children from the last set of kidnappings, Himiko Toga, has still not been found. We are still asking the same questions that we have been asking since the first kidnapping. Why are these children being kidnapped? What are the police and heroes doing to find them? Finally, will the heroes and police ever be able to find them?

We'll discuss this and more later today, now on to our weatherman Naegi with the weather report for today." After that the monitor was turned off by Nezu, and he looked at the three men that sat across from him.

"With these cases of kidnappings people are starting to question if the heroes and police are truly able to protect anyone anymore. Not only that, but this Himiko Toga girl, from what we can tell, is an exact match for the girl in Sir Nighteye's vision. We need to find this girl, and the other children, as quickly as possible."

For the past three months they have been trying to find any leads to the missing children, yet it has all come up empty so far. Except for some blood in a run-down apartment that looked like a brutal battle occurred there, the DNA from the blood was found to be a match to Himiko Toga, but it seemed like her DNA was altered somehow.

"Detective Tsukauchi, has there been any new leads since the last time we all met?" This Nezu may care less when it comes to humans, but with how the public are starting to doubt heroes he can't risk this case being stretched, or else the HPSC will put even more strict regulations on heroes as a whole.

"Sadly, no, after finding the blood in that apartment and the bodies of the other children we haven't managed to find any more leads. We do have suspects, for example the Toga's, but without any leads or evidence we can't be sure. Whoever is kidnappings these children either knows what they are doing, or have a strong backer that's protecting them."

Tsukauchi had been doing some digging in the Toga's history to see if they had any connection to this case outside Himiko, he did this as a precaution with all the families to see if they had possible enemies or something of the sort. But what he found surprised him, apparently Himiko's (from what he could find) has a quirk that's related to blood somehow, he also found that they had set up a meeting with a quirk counselor that was meant to occur a week after the time of Himiko's kidnapping.

Normally that wouldn't raise any flags with him, except for the fact that the counselor that they scheduled with is more of a conversion therapist. After that he had went back to question them about it. And, from what he, and his quirk, could figure out they were scared/disgusted by Himiko's quirk after she drank some blood from a bird to fuel her quirk. They scheduled that meeting with that quirk counselor to try and make her become 'normal'.

While it wasn't enough to press any charges on them without knowing how exactly Himiko was treated, it was enough to put them on the list of direct suspects for this case.

"Well we can take out the possibility of them being very experienced after the apartment that had plenty of the child's blood spread around it. So, that only leaves them having a strong backer of some sort." This point was made by Sir Nighteye who has been aiding in trying to solve this case after Himiko (Eve) was found to be the girl from his vision, even if this meant that the vision was from years in the future.

"Mirai is right, they must have someone backing them to be able to do this! We need to get out there now and find them!" All Might practically yelled out, after Sir Nighteye told him what he saw in his vision he's been more anxious than ever. Especially since from what it seemed the girl had multiple quirks similarly to AFO, who Sir Nighteye most likely saw himself and this girl fighting.

"Calm down All Might we can't rush, we don't even know whe-" Before Nezu could finish a call came in on Tsukauchi's phone. He quickly took it out and saw that the call was from the precinct he worked at.

"Sorry, just let me take this real quick." He had to answer it, because this might be a call related to a lead in the case for all he knew.

"Tsukauchi here..... wait, wait, wait, calm down and say that again..... I'll be there right away." He ended the call and quickly got up while heading to the door, much to the confusion of the other's he was talking with earlier.

"Tsukauchi what was that about?" All Might, couldn't help but ask, because his friend's current expression was very serious and whatever that call was left him confused.

"I just got called in, seems there were several headless and charred corpses tied against the wall of a warehouse in Hirabari Nagoya." With those words he exited the room and went to deal with the situation.

(Location: Eve's Current Hotel Room, POV 3rd Person)

Eve had just gotten to using her quirk Technopathy to see if she could find anything about the location of those who were kidnapped. She was livid and ready to kill a bitch, because the ones that were kidnapped were Toru, Izuku, Mei, and Uraraka. She's ready to make some bastards wish they were never born, because you don't piss off a yandere.

Currently, she's going through any footage from cameras that were located where she knew these four live at, but the dates of the camera footage were all mixed up, and it was frustrating her even more.

"DON'T THESE FUCKERS KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY ORGANIZE SHIT?!?" The angrier she got while the internet the more it seemed like she was glitching, but it also seemed to make the process of going through each camera's footage faster.

It was almost as if the internet as a whole was trying to appease her so she wouldn't be angry anymore, it was kind of like a child wanting to make their parent happy. This was around the point when she finally saw what she was looking for.

"There that one, it has to be it, it's the closest to Izuku's home and the only camera that got distorted!" Eve quickly tried to find any cameras that's footage looked similar to the one near Izuku's house. What she found was a bit of distortion in the footage, it was small enough for anyone else to dismiss it, but it was the only camera that became distorted on the night he was kidnapped.

It may seem like she was grasping at straws, but in a world where 80% of humans have a power practically anything is possible. With each camera she looked through near the previous one she only found a single camera that shared the distortion in the footage.

They may have done pretty well in covering their tracks, but against someone who literally has the internet at her beck and call all they did was leave her a trail to follow. She eventually found the trail to lead to a warehouse in.

"Hirabari Nagoya, hehehe, I found you bastards, and now it's punishment time for all of you...." She stopped using Technopathy and had an expression befitting a yandere, blank eyes and a wide smile that anyone could tell promised death and destruction.
