A new world to call home

As I fall out of the portal I look at my surroundings and notice that I'm in a forrest. 

Huh so this is were I will live. I hear a new voice in my head. "10% 35% 50% 75% 100% the technology system and civilization system are here to help the host".

As some animals see me thinking I'm a new animal they walk away like nothing happened. "Huh strange way they looked at me" as I spoke I noticed my voice changed.

I went to a nearby river and saw my new body.

I spoke in my head open status. 

"Name: ultron 

Race: cybernetic 

Age: 40

Ability: "flight able to fly for 24 hours, laser blast can shoot laser blast and laser beam out of hand, pro hacking can hack anything within 10 thousands miles away, can be improved by spending vigilante points, Language copy able to permanently copy and speak that language".

As I see my status i was shocked at my abilities,

Suddenly the voice of the system spoke again.

"Would you like to your daily gift yes, no".

I thought about it for a few seconds the clicked yes.

["Ding the daily gift package has been opened rewards basic city, can be upgraded by evolving with enough points".]

["Basic farm can be improved by spending points for auto farmer's",] when i was reading through my rewards I noticed something in the rewards. the legendary guardian can summoner can summon a random character to to protect your city from invaders, cost 1000 energy to summon guardian.

["Wow looks like i got lucky with my daily gift package"] I decided for a while and explore my city. Tall wooden stone and brick structures were all I could see then I saw the town hall.

A 120feet tall metal building was shown with 2 ultron status. He went inside and saw 3 floor with escalator and elevator.

After exploring the building i made my way to my office finding a letter from God that said "hello my child i see you are enjoying your new life in this world I've decided to allow you to be able to go in your human form with a few thousand dollars with a inventory dimension, that is all I can do for you take care signed God".

I thought to myself "hm maybe I can help the people in musutafu city, if I remember correctly only half the population don't care about quirkless people and for people the villains are born with villaines quirk are actually villains but in reality they are just misunderstood like the people with mutation quirks" Adrian said 

"Man I have a lot of work to fix thanks to the idiots that thought that killing is the only way to save people but not all the time" ultron thought to himself.

He remembered what all might said to izuku"but can you be a hero not without a quirk you can't become one like us" all might said.

"It is decided, I will help repair what the people failed to noticed soon the war will come to play from the league but I'll deal with that later but for now I will go on patrol ultron said.

After finishing reading in the letter Immediately turned to star dust with no evidence in sight. After getting supplies from the farm I decided to head towards musutafu city of Japan while flying to some nearby trees to go in my human form, once I did that I walk towards musutafu city to see hero action.

Meanwhile far away in a bank a robber was about to begin. Criminal 1, "alright everyone knows the plan right", the other criminals nodded there heads. Good then let's begin.
