150 Quirk Testing

Bullet was sitting at a table with All-Might, Aizawa, Endeavor, Hawks, Best Jeanist, Izuku, and Cathleen's Army buddies.

He explained what Cathleen told him and they were shocked. Aizawa was dumbfounded, "Are you lucky or what?!" A black guy asked in shock, "So Cassie's Quirk… It's in you now?!" Bullet nodded and explained "I would show you but… she said that I could probably only use it a few times before it's destroyed."

All-Might hummed and Bullet continued "So, I'm ready to take down All For One. Shigaraki, not Shigaraki, I don't care. I didn't have a Quirk before, and I promise you, I will not have one after this fight. Everything is ridin' on this one."

Everyone was silent and Bullet slammed his face on the wood table, "I been thinkin'. Everything I've done in my life was covering my actions with excuses for my villainous behavior, so let me try and be a hero just this one time. A Real Hero. Please teach me how to use Cathleen's Quirk."

The American Army guys were dismayed and sighed. The black guy in charge sighed and said "Alright kid. Hopefully you don't ruin her good name." Bullet said firmly "I won't!"

A few days later

Bullet was sitting in a training ground with his eyes closed, listening to the army guys explain the Quirk's limits. Mei was helping him too as well as Cathleen herself. Izuku told the rest and they were dumbfounded, surrounding him and waving ideas.

Bullet basically got the jist.

Currently, after assessing the damage Cathleen told him he could only set one Rule at a time. As for how many Rules… She needed him to use it first, but she theorized it was around 7-8. After that, he would be back to normal.

The Quirk boiled down to manipulating anything he touched and said the name of. But he couldn't change whatever he said into something else. For example, he couldn't say 'The AIR in front of me is Hot Lava.' But he could say 'The AIR in front of me explodes.'

The 'AIR' had to still be 'AIR' in the end otherwise it wouldn't fit the confines of the Quirk. He couldn't say that the 'AIR' around Shigaraki turned into a wormhole and sent him into space because that's not something air could do.

Just like how he couldn't touch Denki and say 'Denki is no longer a pervert.' this was impossible.

He would always be a pervert.

AND, New Order couldn't change personalities. He could Order Denki's heart to stop but he had to understand the living being well. The reason why New Order didn't work on Shigaraki was because Shigaraki himself didn't know who he was, so Cathleen called out the wrong name.

Personally, Bullet felt this was very overwhelming. All day long yearning for a Quirk and he has to get the most complicated one known to man… Sheesh! Beggars can't be choosers but… Seriously?!

He could barely answer a math equation and he got a complicated Quirk… This must be some sort of sick and twisted irony from God himself!

He really wanted to try it though!

He got up and touched Mei, saying "Mei Hatsume. From this point on, her thinking speed will be like a Super Computer's!"

Everyone looked at Mei and she smiled blankly, "Did it work?" Bullet's lips twitched, "I guess… not?" Cathleen's vestige leaned on Bullet's lean, shaking her head, "It didn't even activate. Try again."

Bullet grabbed Mei and said "Mei Hatsume. From this point on, her brain will be superhuman!" Cathleen jumped, "There ya go!" Mei shivered and she shouted "WAAH!" Before looking at everyone extremely quickly. She turned around and said "AHAHAHAH! I'VE TRANSCENDED! HAHAHAHA! ALL YOU FEEBLE MINDED FOOLS CANNOT COMPARE! AHAHAHAHA!"

She turned to Ochako saying "You, fool! Yes! You! We're evolving your Quirk! Come with me!" as she grabbed Ochako and ran off, shouting "THE REST OF YOU WAIT! YOU'LL HAVE NEW COSTUMES! AHAHAH! MY GENIUS KNOWS NO BOUNDS! I AM GOD! AHAHAHAH!"

Bullet gawked and everyone stared at her disappearing figure speechlessly…

Cathleen laughed and said "Funny! But I got bad news, Boy! The damage is more serious than I thought! You have 4 uses left. With one Rule at a time… It's gonna be tough…"

Bullet suddenly laughed happily "Awesome! So awesome! Hahahaha! I have a Quirk! COOL! HAHAHAHA!" he hugged Izuku next to him and cried bitterly "HAHAHA!" Izuku smiled wryly and pat his back, smiling "Quite the feeling, isn't it?"

Bullet laughed happily and Cathleen looked at him before sighing, smiling gently, "Silly boy."
