Also, I've saw a few of your comments on how you would be fuming if he goes to UA and buddies up with class 1A. If you have read my One piece: Revolutionary fanfic you know the one thing I hate is following canon, so trust me on this.

Toshinori viewed the combat footage between Invincible and Muscular with a keen eye. He had seen it already of course, but after having his friend Tsukauchi explain the situation to him, he felt the need to do it again.

"Are you certain they're connected?"

The question hung in silence until Tsukauchi nodded, "I'm sure of it. All the evidence I have points towards it. All the way from rust manipulation to super strength. Half of his powers aren't even related to another to be called one quirk, so I'm sure."

"So if you think he is connected to All for One, then why do you think he is doing…" He pointed towards the screen, Muscular's dead body to be exact, "This?"

Tsukacuhi shrugged, "I'm not sure. Maybe he went rogue, fighting villains as revenge against All for One and his possible treatment. Maybe it's his revenge?"

"Could be…but I'm not sure." Toshinori was uncertain.

"What are you thinking?"

"You mentioned something about muttering, correct?"

Tsukauchi nodded, "Aizawa said something about it. At the time I barely paid any attention to it, but I thought it would be a useful piece of information, everything counts."

Toshinori stood still, his brain working overdrive as he tried to place his finger on something. He felt like everything was connected, and there was such an easy answer, but he couldn't find it no matter how hard he thought.

"What's the matter? You have a theory?"

"His quirk…it reminds me of something, or rather someone, but I can't quite place it."

"I don't recognise his quirk from anywhere…If you have an idea as to what it was and I don't, might it have had something to do with your time in America? Maybe one of your international missions?" Tsukauchi questioned.

"America…America…THAT'S IT!" He found his body transforming in his buff form, realisation painted across his eyes.

"What…What?!"

"Stars and Stripes, the number one hero in America. They have the same quirk, I'm sure of it." At Tsukauchi's confused look, Toshinori decided to explain himself, "What I'm about to tell you is an S-class secret, and must not be told to anyone, do you understand?"

Tsukuachi nodded, and Toshinori started explaining Stars and Stripes quirk.

"New Order, that's what Cath called her quirk. It essentially allows someone to say something, and it will happen. This could be on a person, the environment, or themselves. One weakness the quirk has though is that you have to speak the <Order> for it to happen. Think about how Invincible always has the best power for each situation. Instead of having multiple quirks, he just puts on the right <Order>! That also explains the muttering, as he has to speak the <Order> for it to work!"

Toshinori finally knew his friend was convinced when Tsukuachi froze on the spot, only to start screaming a moment later, "Oh my God!!!" He screamed.

Toshinori only had a brief moment of excitement before his eyes went back to being serious, a sharp glint in them, "If that's the case, then it's even more important that we get to this Invincible first. If we've just figured this out now, then it won't be long before All for One finds out. If All for One gets his hands on that quirk, then it's game over for all of us."

Tsukauchi had a confused look on his face, "Toshinori…All for One is dead. We made sure of that. You made sure of that." Tsukauchi tried to reassure him, but Toshinori stayed firm in his beliefs.

"If One for All had served its true purpose and beat the shadows of evil, then why do I still feel the raging flames of One for All burning in my chest, begging for me to find a successor? Why does the right side of my stomach ache in bouts of pain? Why did we never find his body? Some people may just think of me of a dumb brute Tsukachi, but i'm smart enough to know that All for One, or something of a similar calibre is out there."

Tsukacuhi opened his mouth, about to respond, but Toshinori interrupted him. He didn't want to get into this argument now.

"In any case, we need to find the kid. He has a good sense of heart from what you've told me. Judging from your reports, he probably saved more people than some veteran pro heros. He is dedicated to protecting the innocent, and although he is a little rough around the edges with his…brutality and killing, it's nothing we can't sort out."

He expected Tsukauchi to refute him, to maybe plead for him to be put in Tartarus, but contrary to that, he agreed, "That sounds like a plan. Can you go after him?"

Toshinori nodded, "Just give me his routes and common locations and I'll take care of the rest."

In the small confines of a police office room, history was changed.

Toshinori was dressed in his civilian clothes, a plain white t-shirt and a pair of jeans when he left his house at the dawn of midnight. That was the typical time Invincible usually started according to the data Tsukauchi had gathered.

He stayed in his skinny form, as it certainly wouldn't be efficient to go out at night in his buff form as he was probably one of the most recognisable people on the planet. He didn't want to draw any attention and possibly alert Invincible to his presence. He planned to stay incognito.

During the day he had already used up most of his time, but he had managed to spare 30 or so minutes just for this. That would be more than enough to take care of him.

He spent hours walking through the streets, looking through dimly lit alleyways and up tall buildings to see if he could spot anything, but his efforts came up null. It was only later into the night when he heard the distant sound of shouting did Toshinori finally think luck was on his side.

"Now give me all your fucking money, or I'll blast your brains out! It's that simple!"

Toshinori realised he was witnessing a robbery, something that was all too common for him. Most of the petty crimes he stopped were robberies, either out in broad daylight trying to rob a single person, or a team of professionals trying to rob banks.

"Hurry up! Or I'll scatter the wall with your brain matter!"

Just as Toshinori was about to instinctively step in, he heard a grunt from the man as he dropped to the floor unconscious. He saw a figure behind the man, and realised that he had dropped from the roof and kicked his head.

He suddenly shook himself out of his stupor, realising that this was the man he was looking for!

Toshinori waited as Invincible tried to calm the victim down and reassure them. The victim eventually fled, and Invincible seemed to be about to pick up the body of the robber and take him to the police, but Toshinori had already transformed and was standing in the entrance of the alleyway.

Invincible turned around, and seemed to do a double take as he saw Toshinori standing there, "I ca–"

In a split second Toshinori had already appeared in front of Invisible and chopped him on the neck. He dropped like a sack of potatoes onto his large, calloused hand.

Toshinori grinned, "Cathleen's quirk is strong, but if you're fast enough then you can win before they can even speak an <Order>, it's a weakness of that quirk of hers."

Hefting the unconscious body of Invincible and the robber onto either side of his shoulders, he made way towards the police station. One would be going to jail, while the other…well the other would have a much different path ahead of him.

Btw, I've made All Might smarter in this, he is someone that actually thinks like an experience pro hero.
