Denki x shinso

Denki - quirk type electrifying. Shinso- quirk type mind control. These quirks are powerful but what if you put them together, what would you get.

Well that's what I'm going to describe. The quirk would be crazy and strong because they could have a kid with electric mind control but in the sport festival deku escaped shinso's mind control last minute. So his quirk may be a little weak but that's fine, Denki's quirk melts this brain when he uses to much of it.
