"Let's go Kurogiri."

Kurogiri nodded his head and waved his hand in front of him as a purple cloudy fog escaped his hands and formed a purple vortex in front of them.

Tomura slowly walked into it and disappeared, Kurogiri followed suit.

When Tomura opened his eyes he saw that he was on the rooftop of a random building. He looked down from the edge of the roof and saw the bustling crowd and vehicles.

Seeing them a smile spread across his face,

"So peaceful, isn't it? But in the end, peace is just an illusion. . . . . . . and they'll be soon subjected to reality." He muttered to himself and looked back at Kurogiri.

"Where are we?"

"We're at the outskirts of Hosu, Young Master," Said Kurogiri as he walked out of the portal that started shrinking before ultimately disappearing.

"Hmm" Tomura nodded and put his hand in his pocket and took out the piece of paper he was writing on before heading out. He handed it over to Kurogiri.

Kurogiri took the paper and tilted his head in confusion, Opening the paper he saw the names of various ingredients and chemicals causing him to be further perplexed.

"What is this?"

"I'll tell you later but you should go and buy these things for me and if you can't find some in the black market then catch a thug or something and make him buy it."

He wondered if he would get all the things he wrote in the paper.

After all, the world was still the same modern earth but the factors of quirk made quite a difference.

If the black market wasn't enough then many hospitals or clinics should have them but Kurogiri was a wanted villain just like him and couldn't roam around in broad daylight.

"But what about Stain?"

Tomura looked at him from the corner of his eyes. "Hmm? Do you think I can't handle him on my own?"

"No, I believe in Young Master but his quirk is very dangerous. Just a single drop of your blood and he could paralyze you, He's also a master of knife and sword arts." Kurogiri said with concern in his voice.

Tomura could understand where Kurogiri was coming from.

Were the things he mentioned about Stain impressive?

Yes, they were but....

There was a flash of disdain in his eyes before it disappeared.

Who was he?

Zero!

He stood atop the world as one of the best of the best assassins. He was even targeted by fellow assassins yet he was well alive till he clashed against the biggest assassin organization, One that he himself was a part of and successfully caused its demise, albeit at the cost of his own life.

Was he being arrogant? Yes, But he had every right to be. Hyper Regeneration, Muscle Augmentation, Wind Manipulation, AirWalk, etc.

There was a difference between confidence and blind arrogance.

Stain could paralyze him but Tomura would never even give him the chance to draw blood from him much less lose against him.

If he lost to someone like Stain with this many advantages then he deserved to die.

"You should do what I told you to do Kurogiri, Don't worry about me, and make sure to get as many as of those in the list you can." Saying this he jumped off the roof into the alleyway beneath it.

Kurogiri saw him leave and stood there for a few seconds before he sighed, 'I hope Young Master's arrogance doesn't cause him harm.'

His worry was just but how could he know about Tomura's full capabilities.

He glanced at the paper again and created a portal. Entering it he disappeared.

__________________________

Tomura landed in the alleyway and augmented his leg muscles as he started dashing towards random locations in search of Stain.

He didn't fly because there was a chance of him getting seen and the speed of his flight was still a little unsatisfactory to him. He still needed a bit of time before he could truly fly fast.

He kept on discreetly searching for him. Just as he had dug up every information he could about Toga, He did the same with Stain.

There was a high probability that he would be able to find him.

There was a reason he went out of his way to search for him. He might already be on the radar of All For One for his sudden change and if he suddenly showed high-level combat skills that the original Tomura had no way of possessing then....

He felt like handling this privately would be better. To convince Stain peacefully to join him he would have to say some things the original Tomura would never say.

It took him an hour of searching before he finally found him. He narrowed his eyes at the figure with the red scarf covering him disappear away into the alleyway.

He hid in the corner and used 'To Blend In'.

Looking into the alleyway he saw someone lying on the ground while someone was pressing his head to the ground.

The Hero laying on the ground was Pro Hero: Hard Rod, Quirk- Ability to produce hard rods from his hands, Rods appearing from his hands were made of rocks, Ranked 62 Hero.

He was a bulky man with a bald head. He was wearing a red spandex with a blue underwear on the outside.

Currently, he was struggling and panicking as Stain was closing in on his neck. His body shuddered as he saw the sword in his assailant's hand drop towards his neck at amazing speeds. "WAIT!!! W-Why are you targeting me? I did nothing wrong!"

*SWISH*

Stains sword halted just at the neck of the Hero. A cut appeared on Hard Rod's neck as blood dripped on the ground.

Stain's cold eyes glanced at the pathetic hero beneath him. "You did nothing wrong? You did everything a hero shouldn't do. Heroes like you are the reason why I have to stain my hands to make this society a better place." His rough voice filled with killing intent reached the hero's ears causing him to shudder.

But before he could say anything his head slowly separated from his body and rolled a bit before stopping. Blood endlessly flowed out of his decapitated body creating a puddle of blood where Stain was standing.

"End of another fake." Stain muttered to himself and looked at his shoes that were now drenched in blood. He could somewhat see his reflection in it. His crazed eyes and wild hair were vaguely visible to him.

So what if he was considered evil? How did it matter if he was labeled as a villain? All he cared was for ending this flawed hero system that stained society. It didn't matter what had to do to fulfill his ideals.

*Tap* *Tap* *Tap*

The sounds of footsteps could be heard as Stain suddenly looked back. He immediately turned his head back and his own red eyes matched gaze with another pair of glowing blood-red eyes.

The figure was indistinguishable as there was a lack of light in the dark alleyway. As the sound of the footsteps increased Stain tightened his grasp on his sword.

As the dim lights shone on the figure, Stain immediately recognized him.

"Genesis..."

"Oh? The famous Hero Killer knows of my lowly self? What an honor!" Said Tomura playfully.

"Leader of The League Of Villains... What are you doing here?" Stain got ready to enter combat. There was no way possible that this encounter was coincidental.

"Relax Hero Killer, I've come to talk," Tomura spoke in a soothing tone which ultimately caused Stain to lower his guard just a bit.

It wasn't that he wasn't cautious of the infamous villain that caused chaos for U.A but he didn't see any reason for the leader of the league to attack him for no reason at all.

Stain nodded his head indicating him to continue.

"Join the league"

Stain was taken aback by the straightforwardness of Tomura. But he preferred it this way.

"You say you want me to join you? Why should I?"

"We fight for the same goals do we not?"

"Hmm?" A confused look appeared on Stain's face.

"You, Hero Killer Stain, Fight for Society while I, Genesis, Also fight for Society. The world is rotten and needs to be cleaned. If I need to do it in a way that considers me evil then so be it. Join me in this endeavor and we might finally be able to achieve our goal."

Stain deeply looked at him for a few minutes.

Grim silence filled the surroundings as the two gazed at each other.

"hehehe.....š—µš—®š—µš—®š—µš—®" Suddenly Stain started chuckling before it turned into dark laughter filled with mirth.

A perplexed expression took over Tomura's face, 'Why was he laughing all of a sudden?'

*SWOOSH*

Before he could think any further he instinctively tilted his head to the side and a knife flashed past the spot where his head originally was.

"What's the meaning of this Stain?" Tomura's playful attitude dropped as he coldly looked at Stain without any emotions present on his face.

Stain did not answer him and dashed towards him with his sword in his hands and slashed at his face.

His strength and speed were way above Toga.

*CLANG*

Tomura took out the long knife he had brought from the bar and clashed with Stain. His long knife and Stain's sword collided as fiery sparks emerged from the collision.

Tomura's eyes widened as he was getting pushed back.

"Hmph!" He willed it and his arms were now covered in muscles.

He used his newly gained strength and suddenly overpowered him as Stain flew back but got up with a backflip.

While he didn't show much change in expression his mind was in chaos.

'Wasnt his quirk said to be disintegration? Then why does he have a quirk related to muscles now? Dual Quirks?'

His eyes gleamed as he suddenly acted.

*Swish*

A silver light flashed in front of Tomura as he saw a few knives speeding at him. He quickly brought his other hand in front of him and generated a wall made of wind that blocked the knives.

"Futile Attempt" Tomura mocked Stain and pushed his hand forward as he sent multiple wind blades at high speeds in his direction.

Since the alleyway was cramped Stain had very little space to dodge.

But he was experienced in battle and jumped before tilting his body in mid-air, avoiding more than half of the wind blades.

*Drip* *Drip*

"Tsk" Stain was now holding his sword in front of him as his arms and chest were bleeding. He couldn't understand what was going on. Genesis seemed to have three quirks.

'How many quirks does he have!? As long as I can get a drop of his blood I can win but even though he looks young, he's extremely experienced in combat.' He wasn't saying this out of nowhere, Genesis's instant reactions and reflexes made him think so.

'The only choice left is to escape.' Stain could tell that he would ultimately lose. He had a noble goal to fulfill, he couldn't die because of a petty fight before he completes his goal.

Stain decisively chose to escape as he dashed towards Tomura and threw his spare long knife hidden under his sleeves at him.

For a second the knife covered Tomura's vision. He sidestepped and caught the knife with his fingers.

Looking ahead his eyes widened as he saw Stain running away and he had already gained quite a distance between them.

"You think you can escape?" He muttered and dashed towards Stain swiftly.

He covered his legs in augmented muscles and used a technique from his past life. It allowed him to run in a way much smoother than he could normally do while effectively increasing his speed.

The only reason he came out today was to recruit Stain. What was astonishing was that he was rejected. Now the only reason he was chasing him was to find out the reason he was rejected.

It wasn't just simple curiosity, It was to find out where he went wrong. He had trust in his skills. He had stated a goal similar to Stain's ideals, He had no reason to reject him, unlike the anime where the original Tomura gave a stupid reason to him.

To be honest he didn't have much use of Stain at the moment. He wanted to see if he could manipulate him to work under him, Why wouldn't he want such a useful subordinate?

As long as the idea that Stain was part of the League was reinforced into the public mind,

The League of Villains would be able to officially get established and that would be a step further into his real goal instead of what he had said to Stain.

Most of the league members were driven by Stain's ideals but he would have plenty of time to change that, all he needed was for them to join in on their own.

There were also a lot of things that he could take advantage of from the so-called "Hosu Incident".

The air hit Stain's face as he navigated between the alleyways. Looking behind him from the corner of his eyes he saw Tomura slowly nearing him.

"Tsk" He had a few knives left and his word but at the moment they wouldn't help. The knives would barely do anything and he couldn't abandon his main weapon.

He needed to catch him off guard somehow.

There was just a meter of distance between him and Tomura now, He had to think of something quickly.

"Eh!? Argh!" He suddenly found a hand on his neck and got pulled backwards.

Tomura augmented his other hand and punched at Stain's back with as much force as to not cripple him but still have him suffer enough to not fight against him again.

*Smash* * Crack*

Stain got embedded into the ground as he gasped for breath.

*Cough* *Cough*

He wheezed as he tried to take in as much air as possible.

Tomura lifted his foot and stomped it on his head burying his face into the ground.

Lifting it up he came in front of him and harshly stepped on both of his hands and used his hand to raise Stain's mangled face that was bleeding.

He gazed into The Hero Killer's eyes that were still savagely looking at him despite the condition he was in.

"Now, Tell me lil' Stain why did you reject my offer? We should've both benefitted from it but you suddenly attacked me. Care to explain?"

A rough chuckle escaped The Hero Killer's mouth as pieces of dirt and rocks escaped his mouth.

"Y-You. . . You are just as fake as the rest of them. You do not care about society at all." Stain spat out these words.

"Why? Why do you think so?" He asked genuinely interested as to why he came to that conclusion.

"Your eyes. Others might not be able to tell but I can. Your eyes are dead, You lack emotions. You do not care about what you do, You only care for yourself. But even that wasn't enough for me to tell.

If it weren't for my close friend from all those years back that taught me how to avoid manipulation then I might've fallen for your little scheme." He said while reminiscing the time he spent with his friend.

His friend had explained to him how manipulators made a comfortable atmosphere before emotionally manipulating someone to believe in them.

He had promised him that he would change society but it seemed that he would die before he could fulfill the last words he had said to his dead friend.

He closed his eyes as he awaited his death.

But all he heard was a chuckle.

"hahaha....I see. Do you want to live?" Tomura asked with amusement present in his voice.

Stain's eyes widened but they immediately narrowed, "Are you trying to give me hope before killing me? I wouldn't expect anything else from someone like you..."

"Huh? Shut up and tell me if you want to live. Don't you want to fulfill that 'oh so' noble goal of yours?"

Stain said nothing and stared at him.

Tomura pulled out two photos from his pants.

One of them was a green-haired kid while the other was someone with half red and half white hair.

He pointed at Todoroki's image and said, "If you see him don't kill him", He then pointed at the other image and said "See this green broccoli? Kill him the moment you get the chance. Do you understand? Do these and I'll let you live."

He was going to do many things during Hosu and he had some far worse things planned for the green-head.

Stain felt many complex emotions as he saw Tomura get off of him and walk away.

He glanced at the images and Said, "Fine...."

Holding his damaged arm he limped into the alleyway and disappeared as blood constantly dripped on the ground from his body.

_________________________

Tomura used AirWalk and Wind Manipulation to land on the roof of the building close to where he previously was.

Things with Stain didn't exactly go as he envisioned them to go but the outcome wasn't too bad. In the end, Stain too was just a means to an end.

Just another tool for him to use....

He didn't know what kind of butterfly effect was caused by his presence. As long as he made some preparation things shouldn't go too awry.

He also wouldn't mind a pair of Todoroki's in the league. He also needed an insider in U.A, Things would slowly start to change because of him and his knowledge of future events would sooner or later turn useless.

He looked into the distance and smirked as he went off towards his next goal,

'City Of Musutafu'

[End]

[A/N]~ I'm finally done with everything needed till now and I can finally pull a little time skip and drastically increase the pace of the story now. Phew.

I'll be using some canon events to my benefit but what happens during those events will be drastically changed, As you can see what happened with U.S.J xD.

At some point, the canon would turn irrelevant so.... *Insert Evil Laugh*
