25 Bad Luck! You Ended Up On The Kill List!

I felt a bit stiff writing the previous two chapters and wondered why.

Maybe because I hadn't wrote this one story for a year?

But after competing this chapter I feel relieved.

It feels nice to let loose.

:)

~~~~~~~~~
Tomura wasn't lying when he said he would go back to his 9-5 job of destroying people's lives.
For example the current situation.
On a tall building stood Tomura silently and beside him was Kurogiri who was constantly sighing.
Below them was a large crowd of people.
The constant flickering of camera lights and the approaching helicopter was a sight to behold.
Tomura took in the frightened expressions of the pedestrians with leisure. He usually never experienced scenes like these.
After all, most people in his previous life weren't aware of his fame. He was only notorious in the upper circle of society.
"Arrrrggggh-"
Suddenly the sounds of choking entered his ears and he looked toward the source.
Oh...
It was the woman in his hands.
He almost forgot about her.
Now that he looked back, he had to admit she was quite the beauty.
She had chin-length blonde hair, which was swept back with a headband, a long fringe over the right side of her face, covering her eye. She had thin, yellow, inward-tilting eyes with slit pupils and notably sharp teeth.
Her curves were nice too...
Unfortunately, her current state was somewhat miserable.
The long headband was broken.
Half her teeth were gone.
Her was face bloody and bruised with numerous rough cuts. Not to mention if one pushed her nose slightly it might just fall off.
One of her eyes had been dug out and the other beautiful pale-yellow slit of an eye seemed lifeless.
Her clothes were torn in various places and her left hand was broken and bent at an awkward angle, if one looked closely they would see a hint of white bones protruding from the arm.
She was the glorious Dragon Hero, Ryuko Tatsuma!
One of the most beautiful female heroes of Japan whose current face was as fat and swollen as a pig.
Little veins appeared on her forehead and face as Tomura tightened his grip.
Now... You might be wondering.
What led to this situation?
Why was Kurogiri constantly sighing?
And why was Tomura making such a show?
.
.
.
.
For this, we have to go back an hour in time.
***
The sun had risen a few hours ago and Ryuko was flying towards the direction of U.A in her dragon form.
She as the ninth-ranked hero in Japan was naturally invited to the Private Sports Festival.
As she was flying she got lost in thought.
'I hope they aren't feeling too down.' She thought with some concern.
Some time back she had also lost a dear friend. The heartache, regret, and guilty feeling occasionally gnawed at her heart.
She couldn't even imagine how a bunch of 15-16-year-olds were holding up. Not to mention their teacher and her friend Aizawa had also died.
She sighed again.
She wasn't that close to Aizawa but as fellow Heroes, she had a few interactions with him.
Ryuko was experienced and could tell that he was one of those types, the types that were hard on the outside and soft on the inside.
His quirk was very unique and with his combat skills he was a top underground hero.
Yet he had died so suddenly without achieving anything major in life.
Ryuko shook her head, she was getting off track and-
"Dragon Hero Ryuko!!!"
A loud childish sound suddenly sounded from below and Ryuko curiously looked down.
Suddenly her pupils constricted.
The street below was completely empty, there were no signs of life anywhere besides the middle of the road.
There stood a tall young man with a black hoodie and blue jeans. In his arms was a 7-8 years old child who was waving at her happily.
At first, her heart warmed, she had a soft spot for kids. She was about to wave her hand back when suddenly the young man holding him lifted his hoodie.
Icy blue hair was messily arranged over his head and a handsome face appeared in her vision.
His skin was fair and smooth, her dragon vision allowed her to see such. Usually, she would've admired such charm but...
Ryuko froze and her breath halted. She stood rooted on spot like an ice sculpture.
Her eyes... Her eyes met with another pair of eyes.
Indifferent blood-red eyes.
Eyes so cold that they made her blood turn cold.
"...Genesis" She muttered with a shaky voice.
The handsome young man, also known as Genesis, raised his head and let out a gentle smile.
His hand that was caressing the hair of the child in his hands slowly slid down and wrapped around the neck of the kid.
"Big brother?" The kid was confused but Tomura didn't answer him, silently staring at the flying dragon-human in the sky.
It was a pity her dragon form looked so ugly or he might've kept her as a mount.
Ryuko unaware of his thought covertly tried sending an emergency SOS to the Hero Association but as she moved she heard the sounds of coughing.
She looked down and saw the gentle smile on Genesis' face had disappeared and his hand on the neck of the child was slowly tightening.
As if warning her to not make a mistake that she would regret.
Ryuko's heart pounded harshly against her chest, her head felt muddled and dizzy. For the first time in her life had she been in such a situation and her inexperience was clear to Tomura.
He inwardly shook his head.
Ryuko snapped out of it and immediately asked, "What do you want?"
She didn't even have the cheek to joke around as she usually would.
"Nothing much, kneel down for me... Please?"
Ryuko was stunned.
This was the most overbearing "Please" she had ever heard.
Did she have a choice?
Ryuko lowered herself and got down on her knees with her hands up.
The child in Genesis' hand had already fainted.
Seeing her oblige Genesis smiled in satisfaction and approached her.
Seeing that he seemed in a good mood Ryuko immediately tried suggesting, "How about letting go of the child? He isn't of much use anymore. After all, I'm alrea-"
Bam!
Crack!
Genesis raised his foot and slammed her face to the ground causing her fair skin to be clobbered with numerous scratches and cuts.
Genesis kicked her again and her body turned over.
Her eyes had turned white and she had also fainted.
In fact, it was almost impossible for Ryuko to faint from such an impact because of her overall defense due to her dragon Quirk.
But Tomura had augmented his foot and leg with extra muscles... A lot of muscles.
It was just not visible enough under the tight jeans and black boots.
"Kurogiri!"
He called and purple mist gathered beside him in the form of his loyal servant.
He tossed him the child and said, "Throw him back to wherever you picked him from and come back quick."
Kurogiri nodded and immediately disappeared with the child.
Now only Tomura and Ryuko were present and one of them had fainted.
He walked up to her and patted her head, "Don't worry it's not your fault. You're just an unfortunate sacrifice. Let me begin my villain monologue first."
He grabbed her by the hair and like a ragdoll, she fluttered behind him as he flew to the top most building in the area.
"Kurogiri should be back in ten minutes..." He muttered to himself and slapped the hero awake.
Ryuko was confused but immediately surged with anger seeing Genesis. Her anger skyrocketed when she didn't see the child.
"You-"
But before she could say anything again and a hand appeared in her vision and as if time had been slowed down two fingers approached her face and they grew bigger and bigger in her eyes.
Before she knew it those two fingers mercilessly stabbed her left eye and dug it out.
Splash!
Blood spurted out in waves and stained her face.
She shrieked.
She screamed.
She cried in agony.
The feeling of her nerves being torn and stretched apart made her furiously wriggle on the ground.
Genesis stared at her with emotionless eyes. There was a hint of reminiscing in his eyes.
Usually, he would have to skin his target's body, tear their fingernails apart, pull their teeth forcefully, and several more torture methods for more than an hour before they gave him the relevant information.
But seeing her it seems like it wouldn't take more than five minutes to understand what U.A was currently doing.
He roughly lifted her face by her hair and stared her dead in the eyes- *cough* eye.
"I'll get straight to the point, what's U.A doing? It's been pretty quiet ever since the last attack."
Ryuko's face was pale as a ghost and her mind was blank from the pain. The moment she heard the question her remaining seemed to have brought back to life.
"I... Won't... Tell... You."
U.A conducting the Private Sports Festival wasn't that much of a secret matter but various reasons such as pride, concern for the students, etc made her retort as such.
"Eh?"
Tomura stepped on her back and pulled her left hand. With his limb elongation, he kept his foot on her back and kept on pulling her arm.
Then came the tearing pain again and Ryuko cried out once again. She couldn't bear it, her courage wasn't enough to face the same type of pain again.
"The.. iva... orts... f...tiva."
She muttered some incomprehensible words but for some weird reason, Tomura understood her.
He nodded and immediately broke her arm and she immediately fainted again, unable to bear the pain.
In fact, he was going to rip her arm out but frowned and decided against it.
What if she died of blood loss?
Wouldn't that ruin his plan?
So with his sub-goal completed he grabbed her and stood at the edge of the building.
He lifted Ryuko by the neck and extended his arm out.
If he let go Ryuko would immediately fall and get smashed to death.
He looked at the empty street in silence.
He had made Kurogiri overwork and commence a large clean-up of the small area.
Now people would slowly start gathering and Kurogiri would accelerate the speed at which they gathered.
Just as he thought of that-
Kurogiri appeared and various portals opened beside him and people started pouring into the street.
Soon the empty street was bustling with confused and terrified civilians.
Kurogiri also reappeared beside Tomura. He looked at the state of Ryuko with wide eyes but returned to normal and stood there quietly.
***
'As expected of the media. If the police had speed like theirs they might be able to save a lot of people.'
Seeing the helicopter approach and stop at a safe distance Tomura immediately started speaking.
The commotion he created was large enough for the heroes to swarm him.
He probably had less than five minutes before he was ganged up on by a large number of Pro Heroes.
Tomura thought for a few seconds and came up with a simple villain introduction.
He had to act his part right?
With one hand around Ryuko's neck and one behind his back, Tomura started speaking.
"Hello everyone. I am Genesis."
His voice wasn't loud but for some reason, everyone around could hear it. Even the ones in the helicopter could hear him, though the voice seemed a bit distorted to them.
This was because Tomura used Wind Manipulation to transfer his voice to everyone.
Standing there and shouting with all his might seemed uncool, no?
"I believe most of you must've heard of me before. I am the one who attacked U.A and caused it unending trouble."
"You see, I'm just like you people... A human. At the age of four, I ended up with the Quirk known as decay. Anyone I touch can be turned to dust with a single thought."
He did not tell them about the time limit. Why should he lol?
The crowd below was speechless.
What kind of godly ability was this? Who could even defeat him...?
But Tomura paid them no mind and continued.
"Because of my quirk I was neglected by family, friends and others, only my mother was the one that took care of me... I couldn't live without her..."
"I was sad but her presence made up for it... She always told me I could become a great hero."
"Yet the woman who held endless love towards me was killed."
"Imagine coming home and seeing your only loved one lying on the floor breathless, lifeless... Without a hint of life."
Tomura's eyes glistened and looked like he might start tearing up anytime. He seemed to be pouring out all his grievances today.
"And ironically the culprit turned out to be one of the good guys."
"So unless I have my condition fulfilled I will not stop."
"I will slaughter every single Hero I come across but not only that I will eradicate anyone related to them. Friends? Family? Loved ones?"
"I'm not lying when I say my heart aches every time I kill an innocent person. I-I-I feel something inside me disappear every time I commit such heinous actions. But... But..."
His eyes took on a crazed look, "If I don't have mine... Then why do you have yours?"
Kurogiri who was just beside him shuddered.
'I almost believed him too even though I knew of the plan.'
He created a portal and six people fell from it.
Ryuko's father.
Ryuko's mother.
Ryuko's little sister.
Ryuko's two best friends.
Ryuko's personal assistant.
As they appeared Tomura had Ryuko crumble to dust.
But what no one noticed was the single drop of glistening tear that faded alongside her.
"To everyone listening." Tomura's voice became heavy, "This slaughter won't stop."
"Not until my conditions are met. Just a single one."
"I want the culprit to die."
He stopped speaking and deadly silence filled the surroundings.
"So Principal Nezu." Tomura turned to the camera on the helicopter and let out a gentle and soft smile, "Please kill yourself."
