Before Feng Xiantian could even react properly a sword was swung at him and he had to force the person away using his newly attained Profound Energy.

Any sign of hesitation which might have been present in the red-haired boy's face vanished. With a single thrust of the iron sword, he was wielding the black-cloaked figure in front of him was sent flying away.

'That's what I get for being too lazy to buy an actual proper weapon made out of special ores.'

Feng Xiantian sighed, the sword he was using probably had another mere 2 to 3 attacks before it was shattered to fragments.

Looking around, he saw that besides him and this black-cloaked figure there was no one else present to witness the fight.

It looks like he had also been careful with where he decided to attack him. But it was a foolish act to literally speak out loud before attacking him.

This meant the person was not a full-fledged assassin and that was not his primary occupation. Most likely it meant he was mercenary or someone from a sect who was tasked with this mission.

The black-cloaked figure did not stop despite being thrown several dozens of meters away. Profound Energy surged out of him to form a white tiger.

Ling Yu said as he kicked the black-cloaked boy's butt sending him outside the home without any remorse.
