Metamorphosis of a Geek Hero

In a small apartment, noises resound: it's Rei Lumi, still playing Elemental Ruins, a new magic MMORPG. 

"What kind of game is this? Even a kid can do it easily."

For Rei, who had been playing for hours and hours, this new game was so simple that he skipped the tutorial, and jumped straight into a quest. For 8 days, Elemental Ruins had been his only occupation:

"Why the boss are so weak? The creators are seriously abusing why is the final boss of the story only level 100? "

A burst of magic arrow rank (SS), a lightning arrow rank (S), and the boss was already KO. NovaSpecter, alias Rei, an archer of rank (S), had taken down the terrible giant storm griffin. He collected the items and logged off.

"Apart from its wind skills, this griffin looked like a normal griffin to me. Nothing surprising coming from this game anyway."

Rei got up and went into the dining room, opened his fridge and took the only food present, frozen curry noodles. He warmed them up and went back to his room. He relaunched Elemental Ruins, and discovered a strange notification. 

[Administrator's invitation] 

"Probably a system bug", he thought.

After a moment's thought, Rei accepted the invitation.

[You will be transported to the interview room].

A light surrounded Rei's character, and the landscape gradually disappeared.

Rei was in a room he didn't know, there was nothing around. The room was empty, he was alone.

"So this is the famous NovaSpecter".

Rei, startled by the voice, turned to face an old man dressed in a kimono. 

"Do you know who I am? That's right, I'm pretty strong!"

"Of course, Mister Rei Lumi, I know who you are."

Rei swallowed, how did this man know his real name. Who is he?

"Don't be surprised, it's normal for the manager of a simple game to know his players."

This man continued talking and Rei started to feel strange : 

"Why do you want to see me? And how do you know all these things?" 

The man stared at him, then smiled: 

"You see, for some time now, it seems to me that you've been underestimating my game, my loyal bosses are too bad for you?".

Rei, who was asking himself a thousand questions, tried to bluff:

"Me? I'm not sure I follow".

The man burst out laughing. 

[The administrator is interested in you]

"What a cheeky kid you are! If you think my bosses are too weak, I have a proposition for you."

Rei stared at his screen for a moment, the game's creator wanted to give him a quest, what was the meaning of all this. Suddenly, an idea crossed his mind: 

"What will I get in exchange for this quest? "

"My faith, a better life, friends you can count on and money.

Friends didn't mean much to him, money did.

"I accept your mission then, what's the quest?"

"Considering the one in the game, it should be fine," he thought.

The man replied: 

"As my bosses are too easy for you, I propose a vacation".

"A vacation? Seriously, a vacation where I get paid, with pleasure".

After a long greeting, Rei logged off and went to bed. When he was awakened by strange noises, he got up and was startled. He wasn't at home, panicked and confused, he left the room and a message appeared in front of him.
