1 Prologue: Metal Prokaryote, Strongest Blackhole

The universe is similar to a watermelon…

When a watermelon is cut horizontally, vertically, and through the middle, it can be divided into four parts at the top and four parts at the bottom, adding up to a total of eight parts.

With the same concept, if we take the center of the universe as the center, with a horizontal axis, a vertical axis, and another vertical axis from the top, the universe can be divided into eight parts.

And every part is called, 'a universe quadrant'.

There is the First Universe quadrant, Second Universe quadrant, up until the Eighth Universe quadrant. Each quadrant represents the vast space of the universe that forms the entire universe.

As such, the entire universe can be divided into eight different large spans of the universe.

The universe is infinite and even with it divided into eight equal parts, every universe quadrant is still endless.

There are countless galaxies and star systems distributed around the Third Universe. As for star systems, their numbers are as many as the countless grains of sand on a beach.

Small and stable solar systems are known as cradles of life.

Three million years ago, in the Third Universe, on the fourth rocky planet of the solar system—from the star outwards—called Flansa, hundred million years of evolution and several biological mass extinctions played out over time.

Alas, a type of intelligent lifeform named Flansa evolved from that rocky planet.

These people possessed intelligence and wisdom, only taking them two hundred thousand years to fly out of their mother planet and begin interstellar travel. After another thirty thousand years of development, they had ultimately dominated the whole star system.

Today, after the passing of three million years, the technological levels they possessed had reached an unimaginable height and they became the dominant civilization in the Third Universe. The territories under them were too vast and incomparable. The number of resource stars, residential stars, trade stars, administrative stars, and mining stars under their control was innumerable.

However, just as the Flansas were aggressively preparing to step out of the Third Universe and march into the vast universe, a black celestial body with a diameter around ten kilometers suddenly intruded into their territory.

There was already no way to study the black celestial body when it first emerged, but its arrival was the beginning of a disaster for the entire Third Universe.

It went on a rampage, similar to mythical ferocious animals from ancient times and all the planets with the exception of the solar system had been swallowed up by it.

Be it a giant gaseous planet or a relatively small rocky planet, none of them could escape as they were all devoured by that strange black celestial body. At the same time, the size of it also increased.

But compared to the massive amount of substance it devoured, the speed of its volume of growth was not proportionate.

673 years later, the black celestial body had devoured thirty galaxies but its volume did not even exceed the size of an ordinary rocky planet.

No one knew what the strange black celestial body was, or its ending destination. Therefore, to prevent the black celestial body from continuously wrecking havoc, the Flansas had adopted a series of measures to wipe it out.

However, the subsequent development was unexpected. The Flansas utilized all sorts of methods and weapons to attack the black celestial body which ultimately ended up as a futile endeavor. Even their most powerful dark matter destruction weapons could not cause any damage towards the black celestial body.

Since it was indestructible, they could only avoid its sharp blades. Without any choices left, the Flansas thought of retreating. However, the Third Universe was their territory and where else could they possibly retreat to?

Give up the Third Universe with both hands?

What a joke!

Since a retreat was impossible, could they drive that black celestial body out of the Third Universe?

This idea inspired the Flansas and they decided to send the black celestial body out of the Third Universe with the space-time technology used to transmit matter and energy, which was known as the space bridge!

As a race of higher civilization that dominated the Third Universe, the Flansas were extremely skilled in operating the space bridge technology. In order to deal with the black celestial body, they had created the largest space bridge ever in history.

It was a space bridge of the universe level!

The fleet that had completed this mission was also the most elite, epic grade fleet among the Flansa race—the Flansa Royal Hero fleet. This particular fleet had formerly traversed across the vast universe and accomplished numerous outstanding feats for the gigantic Flansa civilization, possessing an extremely glorious, impressive history and good tradition.

The black celestial body had arrived near a solar system named, Tanuyu, a huge red giant star nearing its demise.

The previous supernova explosion caused the volume of Tanuyu to expand rapidly and engulf two rocky planets within its star system. Right now, there were only three large gaseous planets remaining in its planetary orbit.

Next to the outermost gaseous planet, there was a black celestial body with a diameter of seven thousand kilometers in size. Compared to the huge gaseous planet, the black celestial body was similar to an ant crawling on a basketball.

The two objects were extremely different in size but despite this, the black celestial body was similar to a blood-sucking bat that emerged from the depths of hell. It unbridledly devoured the gaseous substances on the planetary orbit and the huge gaseous planet appeared helpless.

Based on the black celestial body speed of devouring, the gaseous planet could not hold out any longer.

"Captain, we have arrived at our targeted area and our fleet is only three hundred thousand kilometers away from the safest limit. Please provide us with instructions on what to do!"

After a long period of entanglement with the black celestial body, Flansas discovered that it seemed to be extraordinarily attracted to man-made machines. Any machines within its ten thousand kilometer range would be devoured by it.

But as long as they did not approach the extreme limit of ten thousand kilometers, it would still be relatively safe. Moreover, the black celestial body seemed to be without any temper as it would not counterattack regardless of how it was probed.

Extreme limit: ten thousand kilometers!

"Pass down my orders, all warships shall begin preparation of the Space Bridge Hinge. After the fleet is thirteen kilometers away from the black celestial body, begin to set up the space bridge!"

"Noted!"

A total of eight satellite grade warships sailed towards the dim space and approached the black celestial body rapidly. Coming in from all eight directions, a fortress-like formation had surrounded the black celestial body within. At the same time, a torch-like object slowly rose from the top of each warship.

And that was the Space Bridge Hinge!

As they slowly closed in on the thirteen thousand kilometer safety distance, the Space Bridge Hinge on every single warship had finished setting up.

Almost simultaneously, the news that the Space Bridge Hinge had been set up arrived from the other seven warships. At that moment, the eight warships had arrived at the thirteen thousand kilometer range practically at the same moment, and the difference in timing of their arrivals was less than one-thousandth of a second.

"Build the Space Bridge!"

The captain immediately issued an order. The next moment, the Space Bridge Hinge above the eight warships had detached at the same time and floated two thousand meters above the ships.

"Reporting to our captain, the Space Bridge Hinge has been erected!"

Transmissions came in one after another. Even though the captain was nervous, he did not panic. "Well done, we shall retreat now!"

The eight warships uniformly left the Space Bridge Hinge with extreme speed, away from the black celestial body. After they arrived at a safe area five hundred thousand kilometers away from the black celestial body, the captain issued the last order of this operation.

"Initiate… the Space Bridge!"

The eight Space Bridge Hinges started to soundlessly emit rays of resplendent blue light and the light directly shot towards the next closest hinge.

Buzz!

Finally, the strange blue light connected all eight hinges and formed a massive cube, wrapping around the black celestial body and the vast space where the gaseous planet was located.

The Space Bridge was finally activated.

Covering an area of thirteen thousand kilometers, it was worthy of being a universe grade Space Bridge. With the start-up of the hinges, similar to throwing a rock into a calm lake, ripples started to form around space and increased with each passing second. Ultimately, it crashed and broke.

The very next second, the entire area was engulfed in chaos.

A terrifying space vortex appeared in the chaotic space. Once it appeared, it expanded rapidly and in the blink of an eye, it completely covered the thirteen thousand kilometers encased by the Space Bridge Hinges.

A terrifying suction force appeared and all objects within the vicinity of thirteen thousand kilometer were inevitably sucked into the vortex.

The huge gaseous planet was similar to a comet with a long tail where the gaseous substance was sucked into the space vortex bit by bit.

In the face of such terrifying suction force, even the black celestial body was not spared as it moved towards the depths of the whirlpool little by little. Finally, similar to a meteor, it plunged into the bottomless whirlpool and disappeared.

"It's a success!"

The entire fleet was extremely joyous at the black celestial body's disappearance. As long as they could send it into the Space Bridge, then this disaster would disappear from the Third Universe forever!

The reason being, the exit on the other end of the Space Bridge was the largest black hole in the entire universe—the Central Blackhole.

The Central Blackhole was the most terrifying celestial body in the whole universe, without an equivalent. Its coverage was as wide as the Milky Way and its mass was 18 billion times that of ordinary yellow dwarf stars.

The larger the black hole, the greater its pull of gravity. As long as any object approached its radiation area, there was no other ending except being sucked in.

The Central Blackhole was the leader of all blackholes. It was rumored that the Central Blackhole was the center of the entire universe and was formed during the Big Bang period. In addition, it was a pathway towards another universe.

The Fransas plan was perfect. Almost shortly after the black celestial body was sucked into the space bridge, a small black spot suddenly appeared out of thin air near the Central Blackhole.

Unsurprisingly as soon as the black celestial body had just ended its tragic space journey, it was attracted by the strong gravity and plunged into the Central Blackhole, disappearing without a trace.
