"....Keh leave him alone , can't u see he's tired , he just flew from the farthest country" my mom said being protective of me cuz my only sister , little mss naughty is all over me dragging me from all angles, oh how I've missed her ! Amra is just 10 , omg am old ! Am 16 years older than this cutie pie.

"Mommy I've missed him , sooooooooo much , pls pls pls let me examine him " Amra pleaded

"So this is what u call an examination ?on what then ?" Mom asked with a questioning face .

" I want to see if he's now fat or has grown another arm , u know China , that place Is hunted , I've seen it in movies " the protesting look Amra was giving mom was so adorable

"And who told u that ?" I asked with a chuckle.

"Okay guyz lets go home " mom being cool said , that made me chuckle some more .

My mom is my best friend I tell her everything and by everything I mean everything and she does the same , she even tells me when she has cramps , I mean which mother does that ?! Since we lost my baba things have changed a lot , I was the only child then , before baba passed away , so mom had to get married again , it was hard but I'd like her to be happy she's done too much good to be sad , and sadly after she married uncle baba they got Amra and everything looked sweet but then he passed away too , so it's just the three of us now . Sometimes she's lonely and there's nothing I can do about it , But we have each other and that's enough to say Alhamdullila for .

The ride back home was long we leave in maitama and for some reason it's crowded today .

Alhamdullila we are home !! Home sweet home , I've been away for only a month but it feels like years .

My room looked exactly how I left it , all clean and cozy , I miss this place .

"Yaya (elder brother)"amra called as she came in my room

"Yes angel " replied the baby girl

"Mommy said u should come"she ran out

She's so cute I'll snap her a fine picture when I get down stairs .

"Mom"I said sitting on the carpet by her legs

"Where is it ?" She asked

"Where is what ?"I asked confused

"The camera now !didn't Amra tell u i wanted to see the work u did in China ? Hm I know she didn't ,that naughty girl ! "Said mom

"Calm down mom , I can go get it " I said as I ran up and came back down with the camera .

"Here u go mom" I handed her the camera

She flipped from picture to picture looking at the bride and groom , in deferent occasions .

As a photographer i am proud to say i am one of the most talented and luckies amongst photographers , cuz i often get jobs abroad cuz I work good with Internet so i am mostly everywhere like all around the world I'd say . This recent job I went for was for a rich Chinese couple , I mean who celebrates a wedding for a whole month ?!

"Wooow " mom kept exclaiming

" so ameer !"she started

" how is that girl u are seeing , aysha , how is she ?"she asked , now staring at me .

I frowned

" what's wrong my son "now she asked worried

" she's married " I said without flinching , just looking at the ground as my heart beat raced more than usual , at ones the pain that I've been hiding broke open , now i am sweating even tho the split is on .

"What!"mom said confused

" I said she's married " this time I shouted it out as I took my camera and head back to my room. mom was too shocked to say a word .

Back in my room I was miserable , thinking of how I used to dream of aysha as mine , she was so beautiful , she was everything I wanted , she was temporarily mine and now she's someone else's for lyf . Why ?why me ? What did I do to deserve this , her family are so cruel more cruel than she is , cuz all along they knew she was given to someone else , but no they let me fall deeply , visiting her , greeting her parents , playing with her younger ones . And they let me fool myself without doing anything wrong to them or deserving it .

The most painful part was that they didn't let me know until a day to the wedding , I was back in China when it happened , I've never heard aysha sound that cold and mean , she sent me a voice note via what'sapp ,I was on my job in China , thank god I was done for that night . She was Blunt , she sent "Ameer i am not sorry to say this , it's over i am not urs , I've never been , and tomorrow is my wedding so i am glad u are out of town , so u can't make a scene , I never loved u , I just enjoyed how u showed me love , like in the movies , and u shouldn't be sad , cuz u are the best game I've ever played , I call it the closing game , cuz now i am trained to take care of my husband ,thanks to u I know all the sweet words on earth now ,lol , so bye for life Hun "

It's a large note but I can remember every word cuz I didn't see that coming , I was sincerely giving her my all

"Allahu akbar allahu akbar !...."the adhan started ... Oh my Allah it's already magrib !

I ran out of my room and headed to the Mosque , praying to God for better in lyf , better than aysha or any girl out there , I have my family ,Alhamdullila .
