Mother-Hen's Worries

Time 9:45 AM Day-Friday

"Why the hell are they running like cattle in here" Mr. Han shouted at the peak of his voice . Hearing his words the small crowd that seems like cattle to him calm down or say they stood in their position whatever and wherever they were like dummies in the museum making pin drop silence although Mr. Han was not a cold and frozy personality like his boss Mr. Sam and people in the company were well aware that he was a warm person then what unusual was not happening in the company for few days? Mr. Cold and Frozy was melting being warm and joyous like if it was a festive season. Ah! it seemed like Merry Christmas was approaching sooner than its time...yeahhh. It was just august only.. few months to go before Christmans comes!

People standing there like dummies didn't understand what caused Mr. Han to shout louder than required. They could find nothing unusual as it was meeting time and everyone was supposed to be in the meeting room and on time.

Boss these days is in good mood that doesn't mean one can take him for granted for being generous and showing warmth towards them.

So they stood being dummies while looking and staring at one another as Mr. Han made no sense to them, at least for now.

An Assistant who was accompaying him, now stood still beside him. After few seconds passed he asked observing people in front of him and Mr. Han diverting his gaze to Mr. Han as if he remembered something "Sir didn't you passed the information that today's meeting stands cancelled? as far as I know Boss is not coming today..." and the bomb dropped at Mr. Han. Mr. Han looked straight in Assistant's eyes, annoyed with full rage as if he had spoken something forbidden. Assistant was unable to hold Mr. Han's rage. He down casted his eyes cursing himself why did he dared to wake up the beast.

Aishhhh...! uttered Mr. Han. He forgot to inform branch directors that Boss had cancelled today's meeting somehow. He was too busy to inquire about his Boss' personal affair that an important announcement slipped from his mind which was supposed to be made yesterday afternoon.

"How it could be?" he murmurerd to himself but making enough sound that could be heard by not only Assistant as well as the people standing there like dummies, waiting for his next move.

He sent away the people making signals from his hand that there is no meeting today so everyone returned to their normal work routine.

"Couriosity can drive people mad" thought the Assistant while glancing at Mr. Han from the corner of his eyes. He knew well Mr. Han-the mother-hen is worried about something from past few days but what it could be that that man could be that much involved. He kept those thoughts to himself tailing his senior out.
