Hehehe, how's my poem, like what I said in my previous chaps I love poems and I write one too! Need help making poem? I'll try my best to help you guys, just say the word. Hehehe... (Gosh, I'm creepy…) Also today is Saint John's day… mga bisaya happy San Juan diay. Té méngé Manobo, péya San Juan kényo aw sé méngé Blaan, fyé San Juan gémo kléhat. Para sa mga tagalog happy San Juan, mga lods.

Can I brag? I know 3 local language and can speak it too, Bisaya, Manobo and Blaan. My country's language Tagalog and International Language which is English. Meh I'm still learning Spanish, Japanese and Korean it paid off. Now I knew little about it and can speak some words, I also started practicing in how to write them.

Then lets proceed, in 1,2,3… boom.

The slight breeze caressed the girl's delicate face. She had been looking at the view outside the carriage in the opposite direction, where the crown prince had gone off to. She remembered the three maid's conversation in the hall. -My memories, huh?- This, too, occupied her mind. The word mother made her curious, *she thought she was living alone in the estate, after the landlord died. (Means no relative, the maids are present though my Lily)

She had knowledge on how the landlord had been magical adopted in living here, in the kingdom of his enemy. Because the land he grew up was burn to ashes by the savage barbarians, he became a slave, a war slave to be precise, but before that, he was the count's son in another country.

His great skill in swordsmanship attracts the duke, so he was bought by the duke of *Eshiavar, Duke *Denver Eshiavar to made him his personal knight. The old man and the duke became close and, with the duke's great trust, he was appointed as his personal aid aside from being his personal knight.

Here at this kingdom, he fell in love and married a woman named *Nanashi, but sadly it was not a happy ending. That woman was the one of the Demon king's daughter.

After giving birth to their only child *Arius, she died. He was overcome with sadness and grief, so the duke, who considered him as a brother, told him to live and care for his son. The duke even told him to ask him anything, and he will give it to the man he treated as a brother as a farewell gift.

The old man whose name is *Rue Kane in the end only asked to give him the Land of *Erembour. The duke disagree at first, but with the adamant decision of the man, he gave up and stopped reasoning him.

Rue had seen his son built a family, however he had witnessed how it crumbled too. His son was a half-demon, although he didn't hurt and killed anyone, people feared him. They were disgusted for he was not a human being in their eyes, they had seen him as a demon, a devil and an eyesore.

As his father, Rue protected them with all his might yet sometimes, you can't reverse and change the destiny that meant to be, fate is fate. His son and daughter-in-law were killed. His beloved granddaughter who he believed to be a normal human was trapped inside the house and was burnt into ashes.

He had persuaded them to live with him in his estate, in spite of this they refused. They believed they can change the belief of the people, then again they were proven wrong. Sometimes it is better to avoid than to cure the illness.

Then after a long period of time, he found her at the capital selling flowers. Lily was the splitting image of his granddaughter, Leila. The landlord adopted and taught Lily how to handle weapons, especially the sword. The Eshiavar family was known for their strength and great skill in swordsmanship. It runs in their family and now that skill was passed to her, and she shamelessly used it on the battlefield, the Eshiavar signature moves. When that old man died, he left all his possessions to her, as he had no relative left.

She didn't know the reasons why he adopted a poor girl like herself, however, she was grateful in the bottom of her heart that she had met that old Rue. His part was already played, now she had to protect the things he had left for her.

Sigh. The girl keeps on watching ahead to see the dandelions dancing at the field not far from where they had stopped. This was the sign they are almost out of the Ancient Forest.

Meanwhile, the crown prince marched towards the carriage with his darkened face and wicked smile. He opened the carriage door while opening his mouth. "Why is that knight…" he didn't finish his supposed to be question because Lily had stuffed his mouth with strawberry cake.

"Eat it and shut up already." This man is annoying. The girl turns her head at the tall trees covered with mosses which showed how old it is. She would have a peace of mind just looking at those tall green trees, but as long as she was with this crown prince of a bastard, her mind is only in turmoil.

Amaranth had his brow creased together while chewing the strawberry cake. "Crown prince, I would never disrespect your authority." The girl stared at him seriously. He wanted to protest, saying 'You already did a long time ago,' but his mouth was filled with strawberry cake.

"So, keep your thoughts unpolluted." Lily said, but this time without looking at him. He gets the meaning of those words. The man sighed in relief. Thank goodness. It turns out that night only serves her this strawberry cake, nothing else.

At the palace, the dishes and desserts he ate are bland, but this strawberry cake makes him want to eat more. It's not the cake, it was that the cake was eaten by her and the fork he used was the same utensil she had stuffed to her mouth. It was so sweet. He enjoyed every bite without noticing that the girl was looking at him in a criticizing gaze.

(Hi guy! Are you surprised by the meanings of the names? Hahaha. Search the symbolism of Amaranth, Edelweiss, Lily, and Dandelion. You'll be surprised. At first, I didn't pay attention to it, is it fate? But it really matches the characters.

Also, Akira, Lexus, Xian in Chinese meaning, Arcana, Adele and Arnold. It has its own meaning that I only noticed now. Remember, not all names here have meanings even if you search it on Google, just made up by your author. Expect more! )
