Chapter 332 Setting Her Free

Alex smiled and patted her on the back.

"If you really want to thank me, next time you see Dexter, stop talking back to him. You are not young anymore, and you are also a mother. It's time to be more sensible."

Lauren only felt a tinge of sadness. She felt like crying and nodded with her eyes reddened.

Alex sneaked back home on the way to the hotel. Hence, he had to rush back to the hotel to meet them and didn't stay at home for too long. After leaving Lauren some instructions, he left.

Since Lauren had already gotten the contract, she went back to her room and packed things up to get ready to leave, for fear that Dexter would find out about it when he came back later. Lauren also did not want to get in an argument with him anymore.

However, just as she was packing up her things, she heard the servant outside the door saying, "Miss Lauren, there is a guest outside looking for you."
