Rewinding the clock once more, right before the clash between Quinlan, Yinuo, and the army of Doppels began, Melody was sneaking around alleys, hidden behind the shadows.
She was wearing a skintight suit, but it was slightly different from the Thermoreactive Suit she uses when boarding a Doppel. This one minimizes her presence and hides her from all surveillance cameras, thermal sensors, and many other types of surveillance.
Wearing this, nothing that uses technology should be able to see or perceive her. It was the latest stealth suit design available on the black market!
"They should be here..." Melody whispered while checking the smartwatch on her left wrist.
She had been following the signal of General Bethilda's choker, a special item that can give out her location to those who know of it: the chairman and Melody. After checking again, Melody was finally convinced.
