After applying it through General Bethilda, Quinlan's machine was now legally named Thanatos. Like Melody's Sylveria, his Doppel finally became a named one!
Of course, it's not like having a name would change the machine's performance. It was just an extra detail that had nothing to do with the Doppel itself. However, it could still affect the enemies, especially when they see a famous codename on their radars or something.

After all, it was a machine submitted as a graduation output, and the entire blueprint for it was publicly available as long as they could access Ragrain College of Robotics' database.
