Chapter 33. Should I hate it?
Fisa and her friends looked at Naya with scornful eyes. Fisa is happy because she can provoke her friends to hate Naya. That way, Fisa can maintain her position as the most popular girl.
Naya returned to the center of the party room, her heart was not calm. She continues to look for Abi's figure whom she met earlier. Naya plans to clarify her curiosity. The guests are still familiarizing themselves with other guests. Only Naya was standing alone while continuing to look around the room.
Fisa and her new gang stood in a group while chatting. Fisa didn't waste the opportunity, she launched her action to approach some people who seemed influential. Naya entered her private room disappointed. All thoughts about Abi hung spoiled in her mind again. Satisfied, Naya re-imagines her meeting with Abi tonight. Naya finally fell asleep because she was tired, she hadn't even had time to change her clothes.
Naya wakes up in the morning. The body began her morning routine with no enthusiasm. Naya brushed her teeth while looking at her reflection in the mirror.
Abi, have you forgotten me? Don't remember me at all or do you want to forget me on purpose? If that's the case now, how stupid would I be to be so happy when I see you again. Even more stupid because I still keep this feeling until now. Hah! Even though you had the heart to hurt my heart four years ago. Naya said to herself.
"Shit!" swore Naya.
Naya looked down, staring at the water that was allowed to continue flowing into the drain. Then she remembered what Abi said four years ago when Abi refused Naya's statement of love. Hah! Naya's heart ached even more. It was as if the water that had entered the sinkhole represented his feelings, drifting away with time. Maybe that was what Abi had done. Throwing away all memories with Naya.
"Stupid!"
"How stupid of me to still keep this love."
"Argh!" Shrieked Naya who was detained. She didn't want to make a scene in the dorm.
I feel like a loser who doesn't want to accept reality. How can I still expect it? Even if it is true that he is the leader of Mahardika Fashion, that means he is the one who destroyed my Daddy's company. It also means he's a source of havoc in my family. Because of him, my daddy is still lying in a coma in the hospital.
Naya then lifted her face after a moment of penance. Naya looked at her face that was seen in the mirror. Pathetic. Naya feels like the saddest person!
Naya's jaw tightened and she collected enough water using her palms and then roughly washed her face. It was long enough for him to gasp for breath in annoyance. Naya looked back at the mirror. Her gaze was piercing. Hateful glances.
The sound of the door being knocked from outside made Naya have to immediately stop her activities in the bathroom. Naya sighed and walked toward the door, not feeling excited about herself this morning. Naya opened it to see who had come. He was in a bad mood. Hopefully not someone who doesn't want to be met. Naya only hoped, Fisa didn't come to make a fuss with her.
