THE DAY THE DEVIL WAS BORN

Gwen woke up and touch her head. She's been having that strange same dream for a couple of days now. And the feelings you felt seem so real. It's as if it really happened in your life. Who is Ice? Why does it hurts you whenever you remember that name. You feel like something is missing in your life. Did he really exist in your life? Why can't I remember him? Or he is just part of a dream?

Gwen~~ aren't you going to school? Zarah asked you

I-I am~ you said and gets off the bed.

Are you okay girl? Zoe asked Gwen while they walk to their classroom.

Yeah~ It's just that I keep on having this strange dream lately.

What kind of dream? Zoe asked

It's so hard to explain, but it seems that it really happened to me, but I don't remember having that moment before. Gwen said

After the class, Gwen decided to stay on the bench where you always stay and read a book while Zoe and Zarah had an emergency meeting in their cheering squad team.

"This must be your favorite spot," Niccolo said as he sits beside Gwen.

Gwen just looks at him and smiles, Yeah... I guess it is

"So can I sit here now?" Niccolo asked

Hey Niccolo, were friends already right? Gwen asked Niccolo

I want to ask you something. Gwen said

Did you ever dream of something that happened in your life that you can't remember? I mean I keep on having a strange dream, I really feel like it really happened but somehow it doesn't? Gwen said

What do you mean by that?

Forget it. Gwen said

You mean you keep on having a strange dream, and you felt like it really happened before but it doesn't? Niccolo said

"Yes ,yes," Gwen said

"I really believe that dreams are a mirror of our life. Sometimes it reflects our life." Niccolo said

"Do you mean that dream really happened?" Gwen said

I don't know, dreams can be confusing sometimes, it's your dream, only can you say if it really happened or not.

But I don't remember having that kind of memory before. Gwen said

Only you can answer your own question, Gwen. Don't force yourself to remember it too. Everything happens for a reason. And always remember that minds can forget but hearts cannot. Niccolo said

"Yucks!! You sound so cheezy Niccolo!" Gwen said

hahaha!!! At least I'm not having strange dreams. Niccolo said

Shut your mouth and don't tell everything I said to anyone or else!!

Hahaha.. Sure!! Niccolo said before he left.

Urgh! Why did I ever tell it to that guy! Gwen said

After Niccolo left you decided to walk back to your dorm to change something. You suddenly crave lasagna so change for something comfy and decided to go out and walk. HSU is near the district area so it's very convenient for students. Gwen enters the restaurant and orders your favorite lasagna. After eating she decided to walk around the area to kill time.

You were walking the streets when you saw Zeke across the streets.

"Did he ditch his class again?" Gwen said as she crosses the road to talk to him.

But you stop when you saw him talking to a group of guys. Those guys look scary. They are all wearing black clothes like Zeke. You saw how one of the guys pushed Zeke.

"Why isn't he fighting back?" Gwen ask herself

Gwen was shocked when they pulled Zeke into the less crowded area. You took out your phone and ready yourself to call the police while following them. She hides as the group of guys stops in the area where there are old buildings.

Gwen covered her mouth to prevent herself from shouting as you watch them beat Zeke

"I heard from my brother that you're very good at fighting?" the guy that is beating Zeke said

"You even change your name huh!" The guy said

"COME ON!! I WANT TO SEE THE MONSTER MY BROTHER KEEPS ON TELLING ME ABOUT!" he said as he continues to beat Zeke

Gwen took out her phone to call the police again when all of a sudden a man came behind her and took her phone from her hand.

"Look what I found here boss!" the man said and pulled your hair.

"Ouch!! Let go of me you monster!" you said

"Gwyneth! What are you doing here?" Zeke said as he saw you

"oh, You know this beautiful lady?" the man they're calling boss said as he walks toward Gwen.

She's just my schoolmate, she has nothing to do about it so let her go. Zeke said as he tried to stand up

ooh~~ but she's trying to call the cops. the guy said as he touched Gwen's face

Don't touch me, you bastard!!! Gwen said

What a brave girl we have here, I wonder what -----

Touch her or you'll all die!! Zeke said

Hahaha!!! Are you starting to unleash the monster within you, Zeke? the leader of the group said

I wonder what triggers you? he said as he pulls Gwen's hair that making her scream from pain.

I SAID LET HER GO! Zeke said

Hahaha!!! Let's see what you will do if I did this. The leader of the group slaps Gwen.

YOUR DEAD!! Zeke said as he started to fight back and in just a few seconds the man that was holding him was now lying on the floor.

I TOLD YOU NOT TO TOUCH HER! Zeke said as he looks at Gwen who is now lying on the floor as he walks to the leader of the group

BE THANKFUL BECAUSE YOU WON'T JUST SEE IT, YOU WILL FEEL IT!! Zeke said as he started to beat the leader of the group

"Zeke, stop it, you might kill him!" Gwen shouted

But Zeke keeps on beating the guy.

Zeke! I said stop!!!! Gwen shouted making Zeke stop and look at her

I told you to stop or you might kill him! Gwen said as she starts to cry.

Stop crying. Zeke said as he walked toward her

You almost killed them! Gwen said to Zeke

I didn't kill him. Zeke said as he holds Gwen's hands and walks away.

But you were walking away when you hear the leader of the gang talk.

YOU THINK YOU CAN JUST WALKWAY LIKE THAT O'CONNELL!!!

You both look back and you saw the man holding a gun pointing at Zeke

Zeke put you behind him.

"So your gangs used guns now?" Zeke said in a calm voice

This is just assurance for us. I thought I wasn't gonna use this, but I guess I'm wrong. the gang leader said and shot us.

Noooo!!!!! you shouted while your eyes are closed

Gwen! you hear Zeke's voice so you open your eyes.

Are you okay? he asked you

He-- he just shot us! you said before you pass out.

Gwen! Gwen!! Zeke said as he touched her cheeks.

Zeke took out his phone and called 119. You look around to see if the gang was still there but they already escaped.

The ambulance came and put Gwen on a stretcher. Your visions are starting to get blurry because of the gunshot on your shoulder.

T-take care of her! Zeke said before he falls to the ground.

Gwen was dreaming again. She saw herself sitting on the bench at the park. Maybe you must have been waiting for that Ice guy. You were surprised to see a group of guys take you. And then you were in this scene again. You were tied in a chair while they are beating up Ice who can't do anything because of you.

"Hey Ice! This time I'm letting you fight back!" you shouted

No~~ I can't risk your safety! Ice said while he keeps on receiving punches from them

Stop it!!! Stop Hurting him!! you shouted

Ice!!!! you said as you saw how they beat him up.

Come on, I thought you're a good fighter, why are you doing nothing? one of the guys said

You saw Ice smirk, as blood run out his mouth.

'Let Gwen go, and I'll show you how good I can be." he said

Huh!! I hate your arrogance!! one of the guys said as he pulls out a baseball bat.

I guess this will help you learn! the guy said as he aimed to hit Ice

No!!!! Gwen said as you run towards Ice and take the hit for him.

Gwen!! you heard Ice said

Fuck this bitch!!! the guys said

Let's go!! Before it causes us a problem!! The guys said and leave.

Gwen!!! you saw Ice scream as he saw you collapse. And once again the scene change.

Ice is now at the hospital.

Let go of me DJ I want to see Gwen!! Ice said

Ice! The doctor said you need to rest first!! Luke said

I want to see Gwen!! Are you hiding something from me??!! Ice said

Ice~~ You can't see Gwen now.

Why!!! I want to see my Mint!! Ice said

You can't see her yet Ice a man enters his room

She's in a critical condition. Niccolo said

No!! Ice said as he tried to stand up but the nurse gets in and injects a tranquilizer into him to make him calm.

Niccolo? Why is he in my dream? Gwen asked while she was looking at Ice who was starting to fall asleep.

Gwen was still confused when all of a sudden her dream changed again. It feel like you were inside someone else's dream

You saw Ice walking with crutches he entered a room and in that room, you saw yourself lying on the bed with some hospital apparatus connected to you.

Gwen~~~ wake up please! Ice said while crying.

Stop making me worried. Ice said as he holds your hand

I'm sorry, all of this happened because of me. If only I can switch places with you. Come back to me please, Ice said as he cried

You cried as you watch Ice beg you to wake up. And then the door opened and you were shocked to see your brother.

How is she? Roi asked Ice

Nothing has changed, it's been two weeks and still, nothing has changed. Ice said

Stop crying, Gwen doesn't like to see you being sad. I know I should be mad at you. Because she's in that kind of situation because of you. But every time I look at you. All that I can see is her happy face whenever she talks about you. You always make her smile. Only you can do the things that I can't do. So just like me, stop blaming yourself. I know that Gwen will wake up because she's strong so don't worry. Roi said

You don't how long this dream was but all of a sudden you saw Ice running inside the hospital. You saw him enter your room.

And there you saw yourself sitting on the bed talking to Roi.

I'm glad you're awake!! Ice said

Ohh~~~ who is he gege? Gwen said that confused Ice

D-Don't you remember him Gwen~?Roi asked

No~~ I don't remember him at all.

Are you sure you came to the right room, Mister? Gwen asked Ice

Ah--Ah yeah-- It's not Lucy's room, my fault sorry. Ice said before he closes the door.

See I told you he just came into the wrong room. Gwen said

W-wait here Gwen, gege just have to talk to someone. Roi said as tap Gwen's cheeks.

Roi walks out the door and he saw Ice sitting outside with his head down.

I don't know what happens to Gwen but I will have to talk to her doctor.

M-maybe it's better for her to forget me. Ice said

It's for her to be safe. Ice said as he left the hospital

You look at yourself that is sitting on the bed. You now remember this moment when you woke up at the hospital with Roi, you just woke up when a guy enters the room. And after that Roi told you that you just had a serious car accident. You look at yourself as you fell asleep again.

You were alone in the room and you saw Ice enter the room and sit beside your bed.

Ice holds your hand and cried.

"I'm glad that you are awake and you're okay."

The fact that you really forget everything about me kills me, Gwen. I told you before that you are the first and last girl that I will love. Don't worry I won't ever change. I came here to promise you that I will never ever forget how much I love you. I will wait, Mint. I will wait until your heart remembers that your Ice is always waiting for you. I told you that only you can make me smile, so take my smile with you.

Because I won't smile unless it's you.

Starting today, Ice is gone. Ice won't be back until his Mint is back. I will be using my real name until you remember me.
