That means you're at the threshold of the next realm. When that happens relax for a couple of hours or days. When you are at your peak, release all your willpower and gather your energy like your life depend on it. You will need a strong push in order to increase your density of your energy. When you can't condense it anymore, you officially reach the new realm. You repeat it ten times til you reach the peak.'

'Same as qi cultivation. You repeat it ten times to reach vischaunt domain level.'
