"You think Max is gonna be alright, Thalia?" Percy asked with trepidation. Thalia was silent looking into the distance a complex look on her face. She was also afraid, but for her friends she had to look brave. "Of course, who do you think he is? He's Maximus Morelli, Monster-bane."
"Monster-bane?" Chiron asked trotting towards them, an amused smile on his face. "A little unoriginal, but fitting I suppose."
Suddenly the ground started to shake, dust and debris flew in the distance where the perimeter was. "NICO!" Bianca shouted and ran towards the commotion, where her brother's position was. Everyone else followed her fear gripping their hearts.
The reached the end of the tree line to come face to face with something they had never before seen, something that chilled Thalia's very blood...
"By the Gods!!..."

"Zeus, listen to me he has become too powerful. He threatens your rightful place. I can feel his powers rising. He has become more god than human now. We MUST act quickly or we will have the same situation as the great war. He will come to overthrow us, just as we overthrew the Titans. And the satyr, he doesn't have what it takes. We must quickly transfer it to him."
Zeus was silent, the words of the Goddess of magic rang in his ears like a death toll.

Max almost reached his destination, Mount Tai. He was about to descent when a lightning bolt hit him right on his back, searing his flesh and feathers. Max was free-falling unaware of the screams of a certain Goddess who had witnessed everything. "NOOOOOOO!!!" Sadly the baleful cries of Artemis did not reach him.

Foot of Mt.Tai
"Legion! Stand fast! Stand brave! We shall drive the Titan back to his Prison! March onwards! Senatus Populusqu Romanus!" The two Lead figures in front of a sizable army fully armed to the teeth were nearing the top of the mountain to face the Titan Atlas. This quest was decreed by their God of war himself, Mars Ultor.
"SENATUS POPULUSQUE ROMANUS!!!"
The whole army saluted and roared in one voice. It would make Jupiter proud. And as if he really was lightning flashed and thunder roared. The soldiers' hearts and spirits soared, but soon it sunk seeing their Goddess Diana, chained and holding the sky in place of where the Titan general should be.
"NOOOOOO!!"
They were startled to hear her scream in despair. Their hearts cried out to their Goddess to see her in this state. If it weren't for there intense training, they would have broken formation and rushed to her aid.
"FORM A PERIMETER! DEFEND THIS PLACE WITH YOUR LIVES! NOTHING COMES IN OR OUT TILL I GIVE THE ORDER! And do not approach the tree if you do not wish for an agonizing death" he added the last part, seeing the many headed dragon, Ladon.
Suddenly their Goddess started talking, a mix of two voices, one cold and hard, the other warm and caring. But both sounded desperate.
"Romans! You must save him. You must save the lost one's son! He must not die. Save him, Save Maximus!"
The leader removed her helmet and crouched down revealing her face, "Goddess Diana, I'm Jason, Son of Jupiter. Please tell us. Who is this Maximus."
Diana/Artemis made a split decision and agreed with each other, their alter egos both wanted one thing, the survival of Maximus Morelli.
"Approach, daughter of Bellona and Son of Jupiter and place your ears next to my mouth.... Now, Do not repeat anything that I have told you to anyone, not even the gods. I trust you to do so."
The things Reyna and Jason heard shocked her to her very being. They quickly understood what is to be done. They put on their helmet and Reyna summoned her pets, Aurum and Argentum and set of down the mountain where she had spotted a trail of smoke rising a little further west to the foot of the mountain.
The Camp Praetors rushed to the spot to see a white haired boy? man? They couldn't tell, the skin was burnt, but was healing rapidly, which could be seen by them.
Jason and Reyna each lifted him by his shoulders and carried. While transporting him, they heard him say, "Thalia... your.... dad's a dIck."
