CHAPTER 66 New Ally
Daisy's POV
"I have to kill her, she must die!"
The fury I felt nearly destroyed my sanity, and I reached out to throw something from the table to the ground, but I stopped myself. Here we sat in a run-down little motel. I looked at the shabby items that lay before me. I knew I didn't have the right to destroy them impulsively.
Just two days ago, I was the esteemed Luna of the Nightfall pack. I basked in the highest honour and even my tableware was inlaid with silver.
Now look at me! Look at how I have fallen!
It's all that woman's fault! She caused all of this!
"Calm down, Daisy, think of the baby," John said, following me from behind, his face covered with worry.
"Baby? What use do I have for this baby!" I caressed my still-flat stomach, gritting my teeth as I muttered Henry's name, my mind flooded with the memory of him banishing us from the pack.
