I felt a pull, it...it was Elias, it had to be Elias.
I make to turn my sights all around me so as to find him, but I know this to be pointless, as the pull is coming directly from Darius.
Just like the time I almost died saving him, I feel a pull again, except, this time, it is not meager.
The wolves he had knocked down stay down, that's how powerful he is.
Ling becomes frenzied upon realizing who it is that interrupted the party.
And as his anxiety rises, mine falls, being replaced with tranquility and a sense of security.
Darius makes his way to us, and I realize through the darkness, he is naked.
He must have gone wolf.
When he takes one more step, Ling realizes himself, and he pulls me off the edge and holds me tight.
Keeping a firm grasp on my neck.
"Don't come any closer." He says, dreadful panic in his voice.
