Chapter 55 Hailee's Guardian

King Blake paused, and turned to look at Sylvia. "As far as I know, it has always been Alpha Cole trying hard to get her and it's called harassment. Besides, he just won't give up," he said before getting into his car.

Rory commented lightly, "These two are definitely not related by blood."

"Did Alpha Cole call you?" King Blake asked.

Rory nodded, "He said that his grandfather wasn't feeling well and wanted to see me, that's why I'm here."

"He's up to something," King Blake said softly..

"Who knows what he's plotting?" King Blake continued, "What if he's plotting against you?" King Blake's eyes darkened slightly.

"I don't think he would do that, especially given his infatuation with Sylvia. But he has been acting strange lately, and I really can't stand him," Rory replied , staring at King Blake. "By the way, why did you want to see me?" she added.

"Hailee cried and kept pestering me to bring you here," King Blake said.
