Mated To The Devil Alpha

Effortlessly throwing her over his shoulders, Rex kicked the door open and threw her to the bed. His fist connected with the wall and he began to yell while punching it.     "You are my mate, Rain!" He yelled "My property!!!".    A sly smile spread across Rain's face as she stood up.      "You only want me because your first mate rejected you," Rain said breathless "I won't reject you, Alpha Rex, use me as you want, I don't care" She smirked, "I will make life a living hell for you".                              ^^^^^^^^^^     As long as history can tell, an Alpha has never been rejected before. Chapter 16: Your ma...

Before he had left the room I woke up this morning, I noticed one thing. He hates Brook.

'You talk too much' Ashine whispered.

   Imagine!

I didn't even say that loud and yet Ashina say I talk too much! This has to be a joke.

"At least I am not the talkative with a horrible name" I grinned.

Another thing I noticed, Ashina is always sensitive about her name. Gladly she didn't say anything as I settled more while watching the wolves now getting dressed to walk in a particular direction.

     "Uhmmm".

No one noticed so I don't think there is a reason for me to even know why they are all moving. Besides, it's a big place and as greedy as I am, I will be so happy to have the place to myself for a few ....

      "Rain!".

Cussing in my mind, I held my chest as I jumped off the chair. My clenched fists in front of me in a defensive position as I trembled like a wet leaf.

      "What's that?" Someone asked.

Getting to see Hawk with a beautiful she-wolf beside him. I know I should be relieved of seeing Hawk but the look on the girl's face makes me want to punch her so hard on the face still she...maybe dies.

Have you ever thought about hate at first sight? That's what's happening here, hate at first sight.

With a small smile on my face, I moved stray hairs behind my ears before hiding them behind me. Our gaze locked in awkward silence for a while, no one said anything but stare.

     "Who is she?".

Looking at the wolf beside him with a smile, I tried to be social, and with a smile, I maintained eye contact.

"This is Rain" Hawk decided to do the talking as he moved forward to tap my shoulder lightly "And Rain, this is Caramel".

   My brows connect.

Oddly, I don't see how a light-skined girl with freckles, green eyes, and red curly hair is named Caramel.

You never can tell, odd names just coming up from all corners like Ashina, Hawk, now a red-headed Caramel.

"My name is Rain," I said awkwardly.

Good thing I didn't offer my arm because I know she would let it hand as she let my smile fade in disappointment.

"You look like a freaking Vampire" She scoffed.

    I know I do.

Dull eyes, pale and white skin, petite, and straight black long hair.

"Where are you from?" Caramel asked.

Looking up to Hawk, I don't know if I can say. Since it's like a 'no option' journey, I don't know if I can tell her that the Alpha is my mate and she seems a bit rude.

Waiting and hearing nothing from Hawk, I cleared my throat and stared straight at Caramel.

     "Alpha Rex is ....".

    "Waiting for us!" Hawk yelled.

   My brows flinched.

I glared questionably at him but he didn't bother to look at my face as he grab my upper and began to walk in the direction of the mass.

"You don't expect the Alpha to wait for you both" Hawk snarled and he hurried.

I complied, didn't try to know what was happening for I know I am not at the right place, at least not yet.

Mixing with the crowd while I noticed Caramel was no longer with us, the next I noticed is being on the upper side of the gathering.

It looks more like a stage and everyone seems patient as they wait for the celebrity. I bet seeing me wasn't what they expected as I began to hear them say lots of things.

'I think we are now the star of the show' Ashina giggled.

Or maybe not! Maybe the person they are all looking at behind me is the star of the show. Looking back, I found my mate staring at me with nothing but what looks like hate or irritation.

Looking back to the crowd to see them slightly bent, I had no option but to do the same.

"As well can see, there is a new person in our midst".

I froze. Getting to a standing position, I stared around in embarrassment. I didn't hear my mate ask them to get up to acknowledge their presence.

I know I am the most stupid person on earth but I will say I have that hope, even Ashina does. Excited as we stare at our mate give his speeches we didn't pay attention to, the only thing we want to hear is what he will introduce us as.

He looks better than this morning and I am sure that what so ever that I have done this morning might have gone off his mind. His emotionless blank face seems like the Alpha Vibe to introduce use well.

"So in the main time why this new transferred wolf remains here, we all have to be nice" Alpha Rex said "In the absence of any other new news, you can all go on with your daily activities".

     Joking! Right?

My mate just doesn't mean to say that and leave me standing like an idiot while I watch his people go back to their normal activities. Rex didn't just call me a 'New transferred Wolf' in front of supposed people.

My lower lips quivered as I held my dress hard. I can't cry here, not now, not when I should have known that someone that hasn't accepted me to be his mate in secret calls me his mate in public.

    "Rain".

Slowly like I am being controlled, I began to step down the stairs from the stage-like place. Good thing no one seems to be paying attention to me as one tear dropped down my left eye.

     "Rain".

I heard my name but I chose to ignore it, no point, not that I am just declared totally useless.

      "Your ma..." He paused.

   I thought as much.

Turning back to see Hawk being me with an uncertain face, I smiled sadly.

"The Alpha wants to see you," Hawk said.

I laughed, a small one without humor. Staring at Hawk with my quivering lips, I hugged myself.

"Can I not see him?" I asked unsure "Please?".

Walking up to me with a worried look on his face, Hawk sighed. He placed both hands on my shoulders as we remained at arm's length. My eyes were even conscious of Caramel glaring at me from behind him, my eyes were glued to his hands on my shoulders.

     That strange feeling.

I haven't felt this close to a male wolf and it's making me have this funny feeling. It was just as if I had just gained awareness of the second gender.

"I don't know why you are staring at me like that but I think you need to go meet the Alpha now".
