297 Save Her

"What do you think I should name him?" Islinda asked Eli in the carriage. They were on their back to the castle. The date had been an eventful one and she had a good time. Sadly, all good things must come to an end. 

Contrary to her thoughts earlier, Eli did not harm the cat in any way and had merely returned it to one of the stall owner's staff to be kept away. 

"Name him whatever you want," Eli blunted out. 

His arms were folded across his chest while he looked out the window. Islinda was a bit disappointed that he didn't share the same enthusiasm as her toward the cat, however, she didn't give up. He would come around one day. After all, who wouldn't like such an adorable cat? 

"Hmmmm," Islinda stroked her chin, thinking seriously. She looked down at the cat's majestic white fur and one name came to her mind. 

She said, "Perhaps, I should name him Prince, he sure is noble-looking." 

Eli's head whipped around so fast he nearly startled her.
