"Evena, you have to investigate who really took her" Ryder told him. 

"I already know who took her." Evena replied. 

Ryder looked at him in shock. "You already know the culprit? That was fast."

"I already knew who it was back at the prison."

"Uh?"

"I didn't say anything because I wanted us to talk about it in private."

"So who is it?" Ryder asked. 

"It's Dreya."

Ryder breathed sharply, "Are you sure?"

"Positively sure. I would never make a mistake about this. I would recognize the trace of his magic anywhere"

"Why would he take Ava? How does he know her?" Ryder asked in confusion. 

"I have no idea. I am just as confused as you are."

"Have you seen him since he left?" 

"No, I haven't. He completely disappeared back then. But some days ago he was spotted around Salvatore."

"The vampire city? What business would he have with the vampires?"

"That's what I have been investigating."
