Riding

Ryder noticed that Ava look troubled. "What is the problem? I thought you would be happy that I brought you here to shift. I just realized that since you came here, you haven't shifted, your wolf must be feeling so cranky."

"Do I really need to shift now?" Ava asked in a worried tone.

"That's why I drove us here, I wanted to run with you." Ryder told her.

"I can't shift Ryder, I have never shifted."

"All wolves shift at puberty, the earliest age is Thirteen and the latest is Sixteen. I have never heard of any werewolf as old as you not shifting." Ryder said.

"Well I am a special case, if not for my fast reflexes and healing and the fact that I can hear the pack link, I would have thought I am a human."

"Does anybody else know about this?" Ryder asked.

"Just Jax and my father. I didn't have close friends apart from Jax so nobody knew about it."

"What about during the hunt?"

"I always hid myself."

"Did your dad take you to any pack doctors?"

"Yes, I was taken to all the best pack doctors yet they couldn't see anything wrong with me."

"I will talk to Evena and sees if he knows anything about it. Okay?"

"Okay. Thanks Ryder."

"You are welcome." Ryder smiled at her.

"Do you think I am weird?" Ava asked nervously.

Ryder shook his head. "Not at all Ava. How can I think that you are weird for something beyond your control"

Ava looked around, "I am sorry for killing the vibe, I know that you really wanted to run." she apologized.

"Oh we are still going to run." Ryder told her.

"We are?"

Ryder took off his shirt. "We are." Ava allowed her eyes to roam greedily on his exposed chest.

"Do you like what you see?" Ryder asked her, a mischievous smirk was on his face.

"It's not that impressive, I have seen better." Ava replied.

"Really now?"

"Uh huh."

Ryder unbuttoned his trousers and pulled down the zip. He pulled his trousers and his underwear down at the same time.

Ava felt her mouth suddenly run dry, she couldn't say anything. She could only stare at Ryder.

Ryder moved closer to her and put his mouth close to her ear. "Are you sure you have seen better Ava?" he whispered.

Ava closed her eyes as she felt his warm breath on her skin.

"Look at me Ava." Ryder whispered.

Ava opened her eyes and looked at him.

"You are so beautiful." Ryder told her.

Ava blushed and looked down.

"I told you to look at me, didn't I?" he asked her.

She looked at him again, "I am going to shift now and you are going to climb on me and we run together." he told her.

"Is that okay? Wouldn't I be too heavy for you?" Ava asked in worry.

Ryder took one look at her slim frame, "don't worry I will be fine." he told her.

He took some steps back and crouched down on the ground. His features started to morph slowly. Fur sprouted out from his back to cover his body and his finger nails elongated into claws, his hands became paws.

Soon Ryder had finished shifting, instead of the man standing in his place was a big wolf with beautiful black fur.

Ava was amazed at how majestic Ryder's wolf form looked. She had seen Jax change and her father too but none of them could be compared to Ryder.

The wolf walked towards her and nudged her hand with it's snout.

Ava tentatively reached out and petted its head.

The wolf closed his eyes briefly in ecstasy as he felt her touch. Then he started to nudge her again.

"Should I get on top?" Ava asked.

The wolf nodded. Ava mounted the wolf and bent down to wrap her arms around his neck with her head resting upon his head. 

When the wolf was sure Ava was comfortable, it started to move. First it walked slowly and then it started to run very fast.

"Whoooo! Go faster Ryder." Ava cheered as she felt the wind blow fast around her.

The wolf heeded her request and ran even faster. They ran for a while and then they rested.

Ava sat on the ground and the wolf lay beside her asleep with its head on her lap while she stroked it's fur.

Ava looked at Ryder as he slept. She wished he would always be like this with her, she knew he was only being nice because of her being injured and saving the kids.

She regretted treating Lily badly but then again Lily had deserved it. She would act in a provoking manner with Ava and when Ava would retaliate back then, Lily would always act pitiful making Ava to look like a villain.

But if Ava had knew that her real mate was still waiting for her and he would turn out to be Lily's brother, she would have been more patient and ignored Lily's antics. Now no matter what happened between she and Ryder, his sister would always be a stumbling block between them.

She looked down and saw that Ryder had shifted back to human form. Instead of a wolf, a naked man lay beside her.

He opened his eyes and looked at her.

"Hey, are you awake?" Ava asked him.

"Yes I am. Thanks for letting me use you as a pillow."

"you are welcome, thanks for letting me ride on you." Ava replied.

Ryder sat up and moved closer to Ava, "That wasn't riding though, do you want to know what it feels like to really ride on me?" he said in a whisper.

Ava's throat went dry, she looked at Ryder and bit her lips.

Ryder made a low groan and covered her mouth with his. Ava was surprised, her surprise wasn't for long however because Ryder's mouth ravaged her evoking a feeling of wild lust within her.
