"Sister, it's you. Aren't you going to see dad? He really misses you" Qiao Anhao said with an innocent expression on her face.

But there was a sinister glint in her eyes underneath her innocent looking exterior.

Many people who knew of the drama that had happened in the Qiao Family held their breath as they waited for Qiao Anxin's reply.

Everyone knew how Qiao Anxin had taken her father's company from him by force and forced him to leave the company with only a few meagre shares to his name.

Qiao Anhao bringing this up was simply reminding the public of what had happened.

Qiao Anxin smiled good naturedly. Infact she was already used to Qiao Anhao's tricks.

They were only good enough to fool idiots like Chen Yucheng and their biased father. She definitely won't waste her time plotting against someone like Qiao Anhao.

"He has a filal daughter like you and an amazing son in law. He definitely doesn't need to see me. Besides, I think he will probably suffer from a heart attack if he sees me. No matter what, he still gave me life. I can't be the direct cause of his death now can I?" Qiao Anxin asked Qiao Anhao.

Qiao Anhao and every other person who was waiting to watch a show was speechless.

Although everyone knpws that the Qiao family is not harmonious, it was still odd to hear Qiao Anxin admit it so publicly.

There was an awakward silence between the three of them before Shen Yu decided to break the silence.

"Young Master Chen, you've been looking at CEO Qiao since you arrived. If I did not know better, I'll think that you and CEO Qiao are getting back together" Shen Yu said.

Shen Yu's words were basically adding fuel to the fire. Qiao Anhao's face went pale immediately. She held on to Chen Yucheng tightly as if this will stop him from leaving her.

"Second Young Master Shen, you should not joke around like this. CEO Qiao is my sister in law. And my wife is here." Chen Yucheng said.

Shen Yu smiled ruefully. His plan was to embarrass Qiao Anxin. He hated the fact that she had ignored him so blatantly and he wanted to get back at her.

"I just thought that perhaps CEO Qiao was still pining for her brother in law. Since after all she is still single. Of course I may be wrong" Shen Yu said. His words made everyone else suck in a breath. They were all waiting for the drama to unfold.

"I may have been into Young Mater Chen in the past but my tastes have changed since then. Now, I like men like Lu Ming" Qiao Anxin said in a crisp and clear voice.

"Lu Ming? Can you even hear yourself? Lu Ming? Do you think that you can get to meet him?" Shen Yu mercilessly mocked Qiao Anxin.

There isn't a single person here who had not heard of Lu Ming, the bastard son of the Lu family who took over the entire Lu Enterprise in just two years. The Lu family was just a regular rich family in City B, until Lu Ming took over. Then they grew to be the richest and most powerful family in City B. Even government officials did not dare to mess with Lu Ming.

And it was extremely hard to see Lu Ming. Qiao Anxin saying that Lu Ming is her type just gave people the opportunity to mock her.

Qiao Anxin shrugged. She has every intention to nail that man, no matter how hard it could be.

Shen Yu was still feeling humiliated after Qiao Anxin ignored him and so he was determined to humiliate her.

"Do you really think that you can snag a man like Lu Ming? I'd advise you to stop dreaming now!" Shen Yu said.

Qiao Anhao was more than happy to see Qao Anxin humiliated. She immediately chirped in.

"Don't say that. My sister has always been amazing. She can get whatever man she wants" Qiao Anhao said with a sly smile on her face.

Qiao Anxin watched as Qiao Anhao and Shen Yu directed and acted a show by themselves. She had a calm smile on her face. Everything is going to blow up any second now...

"I think that she can only talk big. What makes her think that she can get a man like Lu Ming? You should really try to be humble Qiao Anxin!" Shen Yu said.

"Don't say that Master Shen. You never know what's going to happen. My sister might just end up with Lu Ming!" Qiao Anhao said mockingly.

"Who is that? Who is going to end up with Ming? Am you getting married without my knowledge?"
