DOES HE REMEMBER?

Qiao Anhao couldn't hold back her emotions when she heard her mother's voice. She completely broke down and started crying loudly.

Li Cuixing was confused and shocked to hear her daughter crying so pitifully.

"Anhao, what happened? Why are you crying? Did you and Yucheng fight again? I have told you several times that you should stop picking a fight with him. You need to show him your gentle side. If you aren't gentle enough with him, he will find someone else outside. What happened this time?" Li Cuixing asked. She knew that the only person who can make her daughter cry so pitifully is Chen Yucheng.

Li Cuixing really didn't like to see her daughter so sad because of a man. But Qiao Anhao is in love with him, besides, after what Qiao Anxin did, he's the only man who'd be willing to marry her daughter. She definitely can't let this relationship break down.

"Mom....I'm so scared...I think that Yucheng is going to leave me. What should I do mom? I really don't want him to leave me. I don't want him to leave me at all!" Qiao Anhao said in between sobs.

Li Cuixing sat up when she heard this. She thought it was just the usual quarrel between the couple. She was alarmed to hear it was so serious.

"Did he say so yourself? Did he say that he's going to leave you?" Li Cuixing asked.

"No mom, he didn't say so himself. But I can see it. I can see that he won't be with me for long. He....he...he's going to leave me mom. I went through so much just to get him to marry me. Mom, I can't leave Yucheng. I really can't!" Qiao Anhao complained to her mother.

Li Cuixing let out a breath of relief when she heard that Chen Yucheng didn't ask to leave Qiao Anhao himself.

"Anhao, I think that you're just overreacting. You need to be patient with him. You know that he was disappointed in you during the marriage. And his mother....you know that old witch doesn't like you at all. So between you and his mother, he's definitely going through a tough time. Be more considerate of him alright?" Li Cuixing advised her daughter. She had lived her entire life playing men on her fingers and she knew that as long as a woman grasped a man's ego and flattered him the way he wants, she could definitely have a hold on his heart.

"Mom,I want to be understanding too. I don't want to add to his troubles. That is why even when his mother is mean and sarcastic to me, I act as I don't know about it. Yucheng is so cold to me nowadays but I don't mind. I'm being understand. But I just can't be understanding when it has to do with Qiao Anxin! I just can't!" Qiao Anhao said.

A vicious look flashed past Li Cuixing's face when Qiao Anxin was mentioned.

Qiao Anxin....she's just like her witch of a mother! She's just a tad bit smarter than her mother...just a little bit ..that's why she's able to torture her and her daughter for so long.

"What did that little bitch do again?"

"Mom, we met her at the function today... Yucheng completely ignored me and he was staring so blatantly at her! Everyone saw my husband ignored me in the presence of his ex! And he even went to talk to her in private! He said that he's worried about her! Why will he be worried about her if he still doesn't have feelings for her? Mom, I can't stand this! I really can't! I don't want to lose Chen Yucheng!" Qiao Anhao said.

"This little witch! I thought that she wouldn't stoop so low as to try to steal Chen Yucheng from you when she already took the company and left us with nothing....I have clearly underestimated just how much of a shameless bitch she is! Don't worry Anhao. Mom will think of a way to get rid of her for you. She won't affect your marriage with Chen Yucheng for long!" Li Cuixing said.

"Mom, what are you going to do? You know that Qiao Anxin is not who she was in the past right? We can't bully her the way we used to when she was living with us. We also can't....we can't play those tricks on her anymore. What are we going to do?" Qiao Anhao asked. She was up for anything that will make Qiao Anxin suffer, but after losing badly to her in the last couple of months, she had finally learned to be cautious of Qiao Anxin.

"Don't worry about it. I'm not going to do anything overboard. I also know that she's not fall for any of those tricks this time. I'm not stupid. Just don't worry. As long as she's with someone else....she won't be able to bother you or Yucheng" Li Cuixing said.

If Qiao Anhao was standing in front of her mother right then, she would have been shocked by the sinister and vicious look on her mother's face.

"Mom you ...what do you mean? She's getting married how?! It's not like Qiao Anxin will even listen to dad anyway!" Qiao Anhao said.

"You don't need to worry about it. It's fine. Just find a way to get Yucheng to come back with you for dinner tommorow. I'll settle it all!" Li Cuixing said and ended the call.

Qiao Anxin...she's been a pain in her neck for many years now, it's time for her to put an end to all of it.

In a high end bar

Qiao Anxin was out with Ivan. The both of them were drinking.

"So, did you meet who you wanted to meet?" Ivan asked. Loud music was playing in the bar so he had to shout so Qiao Anxin could hear him.

There was a satisfied smile on her face.

"Of course. I met him. It was....a very eventful meeting" Qiao Anxin said.

"So....does he remember you?"
