Remirg Kryptos's mind had gone completely numb. He just couldn't comprehend what actions he had just taken. His physical and emotional instincts had clouded his rational thinking. And what he had now done had irreversible consequences.
He had no choice but to run for it.
Somehow managing to escape from the shell-shocked gazes of the surrounding onlookers, who were just recovering from the shock of experiencing such a supernatural occurrence, started to chase the diminishing figure of Remirg with their eyes only after he had gotten away almost fifty meters from them.
During this procedure, the Simulator had popped him a message. A desirable message which did not seem to appear at the very right time.
Mark, though, seemed to be in another mood after all. Quite triumphant on his protagonist's execution of the events precisely as he had jotted down, in the real manuscript.

Swiftly pushing the "No" option, Remirg started to sprint as fast as he could when he came to a safe distance out of the crowd.
Concentrating all of energy into his legs, he got out of the disheveled town in the least amount of time as he could. The people had now already noticed what he was capable of. And that was something very bad.
Somehow managing to sprint the whole way back to his little shack, the adrenaline significantly increasing his stamina, he threw himself indoors, covering all the windows and the door with the largest amount of straw he could, blocking all possible entries and exits.
Panting quite heavily, his breathe becoming more and more ragged, he dumped himself into the chair, which in turn, made an unbelievably loud creaking sound, almost audible to the outside.
His unbelievably short detour to his home world seemed to have untimely and dire consequences. All for one round to the town. Remirg really did have anger issues.
Waiting about a minute or two for his panting to reside, Remirg eased out a bit, his panic dying down with each second, though his anxiety was still at the top.
"Dammit! What the hell was I thinking before doing that? Just for a package of food? I just ****** risked my whole life now! Those bastards would start hunting me. Wouldn't take them more than a frickin' day to learn about me."
"I'm also infamous in the whole town because of my goddamned unusual appearance. It wouldn't take more than a few minutes for them to identify me as the preparator!"
"I need to get out of here as fast as I can! Shit my whole life!"
Perspirating quite heavily, Remirg Kryptos made his final decision. Though quite painful it was, he was left with no other feasible choice. The only place he could think of going was his training island. For now. For that was the safest place he could think of.
Retrieving the key from his inner pocket of his ragged shirt, he thrust it right through the back wall of his house, now from the inside. The key, as usual, melted away into the wall producing the same door, quite the wall with a doorknob.
Sighing heavily, anticipating what fate was going to befall him the very next second, he blasted through the door, closing his eyes at the very moment.
And what happened to him next was something he was well aware with and quite well acquainted as well, or for the sake of simplicity, he had started to become used to it now.
With a speed not akin to living beings, he somehow translocated himself to the training island without throwing up. Quite a convenience it was.
Stumbling upon the very well known homogenous warm marble surface of the training island, Remirg hoisted himself on his feet, the last remnants of the dizziness vanishing away due to the presence of the ominous prana enveloping the place.
As he had used quite a lot of prana by the use of the scythe and the petty little tricks, he used to perform the fake magic to his semblance, some part of him still felt a little wearied.
Looking up at the sun blazing down upon the island, he was reminded of the message the Simulator had popped during his escape from the town of Shisa, he hastily commanded the Simulator to show him the notification again.
Mark did as he was told to.
The message instantly appeared before him.

"Now as I'm safe here for a while, I can consider for myself my available future options.
So..... not bad... 10 more prana coins... Random loot box? Such an item is novel to me. Let me try this...."
Sheepishly pressing the "OPEN" option, the screen in front of him expanded, showing a very shoddy animation of a gift box opening. Remig scowled at it, quite unimpressed.
Nevertheless, what appeared next was something which gave him quite the goosebumps. Each strand of his hair stood up to its extreme position. His eyes widened in utter disbelief at what he was staring at.
Right in front of him were the schematics of a glistening outfit made up of the purest cloth material which Remirg could ever imagine of. Emanating the brightest yellow prana, the outfit was dyed a mix of purple, white and black.
The whole aura of it was screaming at his face what was the feasible use of it.
It was clearly a mage outfit.
The Simulator was outlining its properties in a separate notification right beside the bigger screen.
