Expanding its colossal mouth and snapping it shut in an attempt to devour Gin, the massive Horror lunged forward. However, the nimble prey skillfully evaded the impending threat, deftly dodging the attack for a fleeting moment.
If Gin was a second too late, he might've already lost an arm.
'Crap—!'
The forceful evasion, while successful, upset the delicate balance of Gin's body. In the blink of an eye, the Horror, undeterred, swiftly closed in for another attempt to bite him down.
'Not yet!'
Reacting with alarm and quick thinking, Gin hurled one of his daggers toward the Horror's menacing mouth just as he staggered and stumbled to the ground.
"Kleeee!"
Instead of meeting his demise at the mouth of the Horror, the creature took a step back before screaming in agony as the dagger successfully hit its inside.
