Into Elkom Territory

As Tashirn unleashed its might, she ran towards the deeper part of the Agarsi Forest. While Ryker would have been worried before, with Tashirn now being a Spirit Beast, he was not as worried, though if only they spent a little time inside the part.

"Let's stop and let you rest inside the Hidden Ancient Mansion, Tashirn," Ryker advised the beast when he could see the side effect of possessing the might of the Remnant Power started to appear.

The Spirit Giant Tiger nodded before Ryker opened the portal to the Hidden Ancient Mansion, the tiger sluggishly entered the portal. After shutting down the portal, Rykee thought of staying there for a while to replenish his energy but the powerful aura he felt made him change his mind.

"Let's get away first," Ryker then used the Shadow Traversing Technique and fled from the deeper part and headed towards the path.

He spent three days traveling the path before he saw the sign of the border. After all, aside from a large town, which is likely the frontier and the base of operation in case the territory needed to send forces to keep watch over the forest, than what it could be.

He quickly summoned the rest of his family. After all, he is not sure if it is needed to create a document here but in case it is needed, everyone needs to be there so they will not look suspicious and possibly kick out of the territory.

However, he did not summon his stead as he was too weak. He still needed an opportunity to find something that could help Terrablitz evolve but so far, all his search had been nought.

So, they let the carriage and the supplies remain inside the Hidden Ancient Mansion. It's not like they could starve inside as there is a field large enough to contain the beasts.

Ryker then leads the group toward the town's entrance, Tashirn beside him. As they got close, the guards looked alarmed, pointing their spears towards Tashirn.

The Spirit Giant Tiger merely unleashed its aura, causing the guards to be paralyzed, unable to move. Considering those guards are at the Genesis Lake, it is not a surprise they could be subdued by a Spirit Beast.

Soon, a more powerful figure appeared. Ryker could tell it was someone at the peak of Genesis Sea, possibly even forming their pseudo-domain.

The figure looked at the tiger with fear before giving him a light bow. "Welcomed esteemed guest, may I know the reason for someone of your stature doing at the border of Birak Kingdom Core Region,"

Ryker could tell the guard to try to leverage the name of the Birak Kingdom so they would not cause any trouble. Then again, Ryker did not wish to cause trouble.

"I am visiting the Birak Kingdom. Don't worry for Tashirn," he petted the head of the tiger, "As long as there is no one that is foolish enough to trouble my people, then, she will be on her best behavior.

I assume before being allowed to enter we need to fill some document as well," Ryker asked. The guard paused for a moment before nodding.

 "Yes, follow me,"

The signing of the document is done quickly. Then again, it might be because of the 'persuasive' power of Tashirn's presence that makes it go so smoothly. If so, Ryker could not complain much.

 It makes their journey easier.

"Will it be troublesome to have Tashirn entered the different cities and towns?" Ryker asked the guard, who decided he would be their guide for the day.

"As long as there is some kind of sign showing the beast is tamed, then it will be no trouble at all. Though for Spirit Beast, it will be rather difficult considering not every town has Noble experts," the guard told him.

Ryker nodded, he had thought as much. From what he had gathered from the Adventure Guild, the number of Noble experts in each territory would not surpass 20, aside from the core territory where the seat of the royal is located.

However, he did not care for the thoughts of the leaders of the towns and cities. He had gotten the needed permit and so, he could bring Tashirn into the town. In case the people there caused trouble, he would just sic her to them.

"I will not cause trouble, as long as there is no one did the same," Ryker repeated what he said at the entrance, prompting the guard to nod quickly.

Seeing there was no issue, Ryker decided to rest for now. After all, they had just entered Elkom Territory, one of the 8 territories of the Birak Kingdom Core Region.

"So, what did you learn of them?" A powerful person asked the guard, who bowed at the man. The person in question is the lord of the town, and a Noble expert, one that keeps watched over the border of the Elkom-Agarsi.

"The boy is being secretive. Aside from some subtle threat, he did not say anything of his origin. However, what I can tell is that he is traveling the Birak Kingdom Territories," the guard reported.

"Hhmm," the town lord hummed. "Make sense, he might be from those superpowers at the Core Region of the Human Realm," the town lord seemed to have some reverence as he thought of those powers, that could destroy the Birak Kingdom with ease.

"I think so as well. That might be the reason why he did not tell of his backing or the force he came from. He did deign us worthy of it," the guard exclaimed.

"And he would be right. Compared to those powers in the Core Region, the Birak Kingdom is nothing to them. From the look of things, it might be as he said, he was leading the group to travel the territory of the Birak Kingdom.

Not to mention, to have a Spirit Giant Tiger as a beast companion, it showed how powerful the force behind him is to allow a Spirit Beast to accompany the group," the town lord said. What he did not mention is that he did not think he could beat the Spirit Beast himself.

"So, what are we going to do? Are we going to keep watch of them or just let them be?" the guard asked.

"Keep watch from a distance and don't try to trouble them. Make sure the guards also don't bother the women. I don't want my men to die because of their libido," the town lord ordered.

The guard nodded before doing as his leader told him to.
