First Dangerous Mission

 "This, you have become really strong since I last seen you," the leader said, an inexplicable look on his face.

 "Seriously leader, you find a really rare gem," one of the Vice-Leader commented, a smile on his face. After all, with how powerful he is, it is likely the Birak Kingdom branch will get another executives at the Spirit Grand realm, or will be connected to an adventurer that might surpass their leader.

 "Young man, can we see your badge?" Ryker gave it, to which the Vice-Leader quickly refined it before giving it to him. 

 As Ryker accepted it, he see another star, with his badge now had 5 star, meaning he is now a 5-Star Bronze Adventurers, the highest possible rank for a Genesis Grand realm expert.

 "Are you to just see the leader," the Vice-Leader asked, to which Ryker shook his head.

 "Apart from meeting the leader, I would like to take a mission," he told his purpose. Nodding his head, the Leader nodded before taking several mission crystals.

 "This is some missions that were unable to be dealt by peak Genesis Sea and even Half-Noble adventurers. However, with your strength, I think you can deal with it," Ryker accepted it before pouring his qi inside it, reading the different missions with a smile.

 After reading it, he nodded. "I will do all of it," the Leader nodded before saying one last thing, "If you manage to complete all of it, I will raise your rank to triple Diamond," he told the younger man.

 Ryker understanding nod before leaving the office, eager to stretch his legs with some missions.

 As he left, the two Vice-Leaders gave the Leader a look, "Sir, are you sure he can complete it? After all, if it just 1st Stage Noble equivalent, then it would not be a problem, but if it's 2nd Stage, then it would be hard for him to keep his life,"

 "Don't be so certain. Even if he cannot deal with such powerhouse, at the very least, I believe in his ability to escape from the situation and report to us," the Leader exclaimed, making the two subordinates to sigh.

 The Leader then turned his attention to the receptionist, who had been here the whole time but was completely ignored.

 "Do you wish to be his permanent adviser until he leave the Birak Kingdom?" hearing this, the man contemplate it before shaking his head.

 As the leader was about to say something, the receptionist said, "I wish too but you should know I have to return soon," hearing this, the Leader have a sad smile on his face. After all, only the people in the room knew of what the man had gone through.

 "It's a pity. At least I should give you something to help you in your journey," the oldest person in the room said.

 "Thank you sir. I appreciate it. However, while I cannot be his adviser, I have someone who is perfect for the job,"

 Ryker had sent a message to his lovers of his whereabouts, before telling them he would be outside for maybe a week or so.

 His lovers accepted it though they do demand him sending messages every night. He gave his words before going back to the missions.

 The Leader had given him 7 missions, all of them A-rank 3 Star with nearly 100 percent casualty rate. It is even labelled dangerous and there is some consideration of bumping it up one rank higher. However, increasing a mission from 3 to 4 star is difficult, as it meant the missions are meant for Spirit Grand realm expert.

 So, it remained in 3 Star for now. He hope to complete it as the amount of points and money from the mission is incredible. While he receive a lot of treasure from Sophia, he still want to do things on his own. He still have the pride of a man.

 He then looked back at the first mission, with it being to investigate a strange lake inside Birak Forest. There had been rumors and many people had investigate, yet none of them returned alive.

 Both the Guild and Kingdom sent a Noble expert to deal with the lake, yet it was not find them. It is wildly belief that it was able to sense the presence of a more powerful being and hide itself, not allowing it to be discovered.

 With him being a 2nd Stage Genesis Sea expert, it was easy to lure whatever involved with the disappearance case. After all, he is still just a Genesis Sea expert even if his strength did not match.

 And so, he walked inside the forest, and voila, a mysterious lake appeared. Not wanting to be caught by surprise, Ryker immediately used his Soul Sense to detect anything different.

 At that moment, his eyes widened as he create some distance between him and the beast behind it.

 "So, that is what you look like?" Ryker said, eying the lotus on the water. To think he met two powerful plant beasts, and both of them near a water source, those all powerful plant best like water.

 He quickly strengthened his Soul Defense, as the beast seemed to be able to attack his Soul. He beat that is how the beast managed to took down so many Genesis Sea experts.

 It attacked their Soul, causing them to suffer from their Soul being harmed before being killed by the lotus. However, it will not work on him for his Soul Cultivation had reached the apex of the Genesis Realm.

 "If you like to fight with Soul, then have a taste of mine," Ryker snarled as he summoned his Soul Manifestation. His Soul transformed into a dagger, to which, he get behind the lotus, before stabbing the flower.

 The lotus seemed to shriek, judging from how the water in the lake started to bubble. Not planning to take any more risk, he used Soul Disrupting Echo, tearing through the lotus' Soul, causing the bubbling to stop.

 "Never expert to beast near a lake for me would be plant beast, but at least you should be precious treasure," Ryker said to himself before putting the lotus in his storage ring.

 After which, he then fly away, heading towards his next target. 

 However, unnoticed by him, as the lake dried out, a lot of skulls belonging to a humanoid creatures that is not human, emerged, with one body being freshly killed, a green skinned creature, staring blankly at the sky.
