Chapter 15 - Off The Deep End (part 2)

I stood in the kitchen of the lake house while Lucis was busy cooking. Now and then he would look up and smile at me.

"what are you making?" I asked leaning on the counter

"wait and see little demon," he said sucking something of his thumb. I felt like that was my undoing I walked up to him and took his hand, kissing his fingertips and then sucking on his finger, keeping my gaze on his green eyes. I heard a clicking sound and he moved closer to me pulling his hand from my grip. He pulled me close to him kissing me and lifting me on the counter. I wrapped my legs around his waist pulling him as close to me as possible as I kissed him hard, our tongues entangling together. Lucis' hands fisted in my hair as he held me to him. My hands trailed down his chest and up to his top stopping on his stomach, digging my nails into his skin slightly.
