Episode 9.2 Heat Cycle

Experiencing the heat firsthand was a bizarre experience for the celestial fox spirit. Shen Yuan hated it because it made him weak and helpless, but at the same time, he loved it as it seemed like he was freed from earthly restraints. 

For whatever reason, their suite has a big mirror on the ceiling. There, he could see his reflection through the gaps of the alpha's broad shoulders.

His face flushed like he was drunk, eyes languid and sharp like an artistically carved dagger, and his neck looked so slender and inviting for anyone to feast upon.

Holy shit, he looked like a hot mess.

For once, he thanked whoever installed that looking glass in the ceiling because now he knew that beyond these mist-like pheromones in the air, his muddled mind, and weakened state, his beauty and sex appeal were unparalleled tonight.

He felt beautiful, confident, and desirable.

Shen Yuan bit his lips and shifted his heated gaze toward the alpha he was clinging to.
