Chapter 2

Y/N POV

My brain wasn't  functioning, as I entered the airplane, but as soon as the airplane started flying  I became very aware of the reality of my decision.  The 3 boys were standing together relaxed, whereas me and Anna were stuck to each other and staring blankly at the main door, which was yet to open, for us to jump from, Aurelia was also staring at nothing, as if she was rethinking her decision. The main instructor, was just sitting, looking at his phone. Aurelia walked up to us, and said: "The guy I'm going with is called JM" Anna said: " The one I'm going with is called JK"

"Mr Col- I mean V is the one I'm going with" I said tone filled with boredom, when saying his name.

It's really weird their names are letters, like what were their parents thinking when naming them!

The instructors told us to get ready in our pairs, we did as we were told, I stood infront of him, and well he just stood still, and the instructor was tying us together, and placing parachute behind Mr Cold Eyes's back, and same was happening with the other 2 pairs.

The door slowly opened, and a sudden rush of cold wind filled the airplane and goosebumps rose up on my skin. My mind just went blank, I couldn't think straight while looking at how high we were. We were 14,000 ft high, and according to the instructor it would take us 60 seconds for the freefall.  It looked like i was looking at adventure straight in the eyes and getting myself psyched up.

JM and Aurelia were the first ones to jump, it was mind-blowing seeing them go first, it was like they were in the doorway for 1 second and in the next they are gone. Vanished. It happened so fast that I didn't even have time to process what happened.

JK and Anna were next, " Anna, please be careful, yeah, listen I know you will make it down, you have a wonderful partner, I have doubts on me making it alive, if I don't make it alive, the password for the case where all my money is kept in, is in my phone , and the password of my phone is my birthday! Okay don't worry too much about me, find a good person  to spend your life with yeah!!" I said in a broken voice nearly on the verge of crying.

She looked at me, and hugged me really tight, and said: " same for you, my case password is also in th phone, and phones password is my birthday, okay, but I know we will make it down, okay don't worry too much and enjoy it.." and then she looked up, at Mr Cold Eyes  who was stuck behind my back, and said "listen mister, she's a really weak hearted person, you hear me, you need to and I seriously mean to say this need to take care of her! UNDERSTOOD? JK PLEASE you also tell him"

JK: " V just yeah take care of her and yourself yeah"

Mr Cold Eyes blankly nodded.

JK and Anna also disappeared on the count of the instructor.

The instructor, started telling us to move towards the door, and we just followed to whatever he said. Once we got to the door, I looked down and saw the ground thousands of feet below me.

AUTHORS POV

Y/N unconsciously, took a small step back and her hands automatically went behind her and she held onto Mr Cold Eyes's torso, her back completely glued onto Mr Cold Eyes's chest. But she had no choice but to jump with Mr Cold Eyes. The instructor counted down, and as soon as he said jump, Mr Cold Eyes's hands automatically wrapped around Y/N waist, and Y/N hands went flying in the air. Due to the pressure of the wind Y/N head placed itself in Mr Cold Eyes's neck.

Y/N couldn't understand, what she was feeling while freefalling. Her mind was trying to comprehend the sensations and sights she was seeing. She was sensory overloaded. It was obviously very windy and her adrenaline was pumping in a really intense speed. The moment the parachute opened, and her feet touched the ground, she started sighing really heavely and exahusteduly leaned back, on the hard wall, but as soon as she realised it was a chest of none other than Mr Cold Eyes's, she stood straight again. The instructor came and freed them from all safety wires and parachute. As soon as she got free, she looked around trying to find Anna, when she spotted her she shouted for her, and they ran towards each other hugging and squealing.

No one could understand what they were saying but they kept on telling each other how they felt like they were some kind of superheroes, and all.

Y/N POV

It was an amazing never forgetting experience. we went back inside the building, to get our belongings and well leave. Me, Anna and Aurelia got our stuff, and we hugged Aurelia, exchanged phone numbers with her and headed outside. We saw the 3 masked boys also heading outside. It was really strange like they wore masks, while skydiving as well. Us 3 planned to thank them as well, as without them we couldn't skydive. We ran up to them, and Anna shouted for JK, they all turned around, Aurelia and Anna ran up to them while I walked, Aurelia started off by:

"Hey, guys just wanted to say thanks a lot like it was really fun with you guys"

Anna:" yeah, it was an absolutely amazing experience with you guys."

I was standing behind Aurelia and Anna, and I was looking at what their hand were doing behind their backs. Aurelia took out 2 chocolates and handed one to Anna, behind  their backs. Aurelia then turned to JM and said:" Hey JM, that's a mini treat from me, as a thank you it was quite fun with you!!"

Anna did the same with JK. they both nodded and accepted their chocolates.

They looked at me, eyeing me to thank Mr Cold Eyes, I took a  step forward and blankly said:"Thanks for allowing us to skydive with you" Aurelia forcefully placed a chocolate in my hand , and I placed it infront of him and said: " a thank you treat form me Mr Cold Eye- uh- u- i- I mean V"  He didn't grab it so JM took it from me and placed it in Mr Cold Eyes hands.

I didn't spare him another glance and started walking away.

I really hope this was our last meeting.
