Manila. It doesn't matter if you're rich or poor, nor if you are living with a clean slate or a dirty one. If you're in Manila, you're always busy. The same goes for those who are not even human. 13 year-old Reynaldo Reyes is at business as usual with the underworld, but one day meets a horrible encounter with something he couldn't explain.
