"Errors" Academy

After arriving at my destination I followed the direction to the academy that was near here so after a few minutes I arrived at the entrance to the academy.

After walking a while more I could see two guys in black masks discussing something.

after the call was disconnected, the subject looks at his watch and headed towards the entrance.

"2,4,6,8,10, and where is the last one?" asked the instructor.

When I got there I put in the code and the ID and as I entered when it was about to close the door it stopped and then a black-haired person appeared at my door.

"This is room 4002, maybe you made a mistake? I asked with a formal tone.

but then the guy said, "eh, here it says 4002 if you notice you could see that there are two beds and two desks".

he told me in a direct way

"Ah, my bad," I said quickly after I put my stuff down and lay down on my bed.

"em, why are you so evasive with everyone?" he asked after placing his things on his desk.

"It's simple, why do you think I should talk to others?" I asked

"so I can form a friendship and waste time I guess," he said.

"But it's better not get close than to lose someone you care about in the middle of a war," I said at the end.

"Good point but also if you continue with that though I wouldn't be surprised if the next day you throw yourself off the roof, by the way, my name is Kai," he said with a friendly tone.

"...My name is Eden," I said with a paused tone from the unfunny joke I just heard.

"Oh by the way, now we should go to the training room so we can test our skills, I heard they were giving a reward and a promotion to the winner of the contest" he commented with a little bit of excitement in his voice.
