Chapter 1: Minecraft

New York. Unknown Apartment.

*Click, click, click, click.*

Sound of keyboard tapping echoes nonstop. In front of the computer screen, a young man in his twenties is sitting. From his messy hair, grown beard, and dark circles under his eyes you can assume he didn't have rest for the last few days.

"And finished! Oh man, even with help of the system it took me whole 4 days to finish this game. And what I do is mostly basic designs and ideas. I have no idea how long will it take me to finish this game alone." The young man said this while leaning on his chair. His name is Marcus Silvers transmigrator from another world.

Yea he is a transmigrator that appears in novels. And system he is talking about is a cheat system that transmigrators gain when they transmigrate. It's called [Game Creator System]. Like the name said what this system does is create games. Marcus creates a game and how much players enjoy it that's how many points he will earn. And using that points he can do many things. From creating new games to buying supernatural powers.

And you might ask why does he need superpowers? It's simple because the world he transmigrated is Marvel Universe. To be more specific it's Marvel Cinematic Universe fused with many other Marvel movies.

But luckily this world's game industry is huge even Stark company has its own game company. But he also found games in this world is… what to say. It's just too awful, trash and boring. Almost all games he played are with the same storyline you will play as a comrade of Captain America and fight against nazis in WW2. This is all the storyline rest are mostly click baits and ads.

So while making points and becoming stronger Marcus decided to save gamers from their misery and give them a ray of hope. While leaning on a chair Marcus looked at the computer screen in front of him with a little bit of emotion.

This game took his all novice package items. From 5000 game points to Super Virtual Reality Sense. But he doesn't regret it because he knows this game will pay him back. Maybe even several times more than what he spent.

"I am sure you will make daddy proud. Now go and spread joy for everyone." A small smile appears on Marcus's face while he is whispering.

New York. Midtown High.

"Okay, boys you only have 4 hours before I come back and lock the classroom. Also, no games on school property… at least hide it well if you download it." While saying that James Johnson teacher who is responsible for the computer lab walked towards the door. And before he left he looked back toward his two students and whispered the last sentence. Then he left the room.

Peter Parker and Ned Leeds looked at their teacher leaving and looked at each other and smiled. They quickly pick up their computer and turn on the browser.

"So what do you play today Peter?"

"Don't know Ned do you have any game in mind?"

"I don't know if it's good or bad but I have one game in mind." While saying so Ned looked at his phone. There was still half played game trailer. And this game has a familiar name.

"Www.Minecraft.Com"

*Click*

"Enter."

Soon game site appears on Ned's computer screen. Ned quickly registered on the site and logged in as a user. Then moves his mouse to a big button that is written [Buy 1.99$] and clicks on it.

[Do you wanna start it?]

"Are you ready Peter?" Ned looked at his shy friend and get thumbs up for an answer. Two clicks on the [Yes] button same time.

*Bzsss.*

Suddenly screen shines with very bright white light which made two teens cover their eyes. And once they opened their eyes there was an endless white space. Two of them looked at each other with a little panicked look.

"Ned where are we?"

"I don't know. I-I just entered [Minecraft] then suddenly it become like this."

"Do you think the game did this?"

"Maybe? What shall we do?" Ned said in a little panic after all who won't panic when they suddenly teleported into some strange white space.

Suddenly screen-like game log in appears front of both of them. They were surprised a little bit and hesitated a little bit too but in the end, they enters their player names. Ned chose the name [Lord_Ned] while Peter chose [Spider_Boy]. They both tap on the [Enter] button.

[Load World] *Crossed*

[New World]

[Quit Game] [Options]

"Peter, do you think what I am thinking?" Ned looked at his friend and his friend looked at him too.

"Maybe not but I think we need to try it out." Peter took a deep breath so does Ned. They both closed their eyes and called all courage and tapped on the [New World] button.

*Tab.*

Suddenly feeling weightlessness they suddenly disappeared and felt their feet touching the ground. Ned and Peter opened their eyes and greets them with a brand new world. It wasn't their normal world it was a world made of cubes and blocks. Even they were made of block.

They both looked at everything both curiously and vigilantly. They couldn't say what will happen in this strange game world but they wanna found out. The Unknown is a thing made people fear most and also the thing that attracts them most.

20 minutes later.

After 20 minutes of struggling, Peter and Ned finally understood the game mechanism and how to play it. First, they can break blocks by punching them but not all blocks like stones or coal blocks. Second, to break blocks that are impossible by hand they need to use specific tools. Third, they can craft tools by using wooden planks. Fourth they aren't here alone.

"Peter, did you done rooftop?" Ned asked his friend while building a wall with cobblestone blocks. While building he was looking at the setting sun from time to time with a nervous look. When they just arrived the sun was rising and now it is set. If their calculation is not wrong then this game has day and night like real life. And both night and day are 20 minutes long.

"Almost done. Did you finish your walls?" Ned nodded his head after hearing his friend's answer. He still can't help but shiver when thinking about what happened 10 minutes ago. They were mining some coals and cobblestones but suddenly they heard a low roar or groaning sound. Peter took out his stone sword and looked around vigilantly.

*Roar.*

Suddenly roar was heard from behind him. He turns around quickly and swings his sword.

*Taking Damage Noise.*

A creature that attacked Peter took a few steps back because of damage. And both Ned and Peter finally saw their attacker's appearance. It has green skin, a blue shirt and purple pants like them. It is eyes are pure black even so they can feel great malice from it.

Seeing this Ned felt fear covering his heart. Green creatures or zombies that they named rushed towards them. Peter who has a sword quickly stands in front of Ned and protected him. But a surprising scene happened Peter swings his sword again like last time but this time his attack didn't hit the zombie. It dodged the sword easily and punched Peter in the face.

Punch was so powerful it sends Peter few blocks away and hit wall. Then it jumped towards Ned. Ned used his pickaxe to block its attack. But even so it made him fell on floor. Ned pushing his pickaxe with all his might but even so he couldn't overpower it.

*Swish*

Seeing his friend having hard time Peter rushed towards zombie and slash it with all his might. And it has really good effect. Even though his attack didn't kill it. It lost its hand and bleeding on floor. Using this chance Peter quickly pulled his friend up and ran towards the exit of cave.

Because Peter just saw zombie is arm slowly growing back and he also heard few weak roars and groans. When they finally reached end of cave they saw zombie is still them. But it suddenly stopped front of cave exit.

They also noticed it didn't continue chase after them and didn't leave the cave. And at that moment they realized zombies are afraid of sunlight. This is good news at least on surface they are currently safe and bad news sun will set down soon.

That is the moment they realized they aren't alone in this game. There is monsters and not peaceful as they expected. So they made a few battle plans and first thing they need was strong hold of their own.

This leads us to current situation. Ned who just finished building wall looked at rising moon and sun that was about completely disappear from his sight he took deep breath and looked at stone sword and axe in his hands let out a deep sigh.

"Prepare Peter tonight might be longer than any night we experienced so far."
