A crisis after another!

" TO OUR FALLEN BROTHERS! AND THE FREEDOM OF GREECE! AWHOO!" Dillios shouted and raised his fist triumphantly.

" AWHOO!" We all chanted. "AHHHHHHH!" We broke out into celebration. Every man screaming and shouting in victory.

" Dillios, my friend. I'm glad to see you still alive." I told the man as I approached him.

Dillios turned and embraced me in a fierce hug for a man his size. I returned the hug but had to hold back greatly in fear of breaking the man in half.

" My friend, it has been so long. Where have you been?" He asked.

" Sit down my friend. For it is a long story. One I do not wish to share twice." Dillios and I walked off the battlefield, and sat near the sea, the ashes of Persian ships still fluttering in the wind. And then I began regaling him of my story. How I awoke on the beach with mystical powers. How I traveled all over Greece fighting Persians. How I fought and battled the cyclops. How I faced the children of Poseidon himself. And finally, how I met and trained with Hercules.

" What a tale you have told. But I only have one question. What will you do now?" Dillios asked.

" Now, I need to return to Athens. And meet with Hercules. We were on our way to some important destination before I caught news of the battle." I replied.

" I see.:

" Dillios... There is one thing I need to know. My son, what happened to him?" I asked. Dillios looked at me and his eyes fell low and I knew that something horrible had happened.

" He never returned. Nor did we find a body. It is quite possible he simply deserted Sparta. But more than likely, he has passed." Dillios spoke.

My heart pained. My boy was gone, and I never got to see him again. This is a regret I will have to live with for the rest of my life.

" And my wife and Daughter. Hippolyta and Diana?" I asked.

" Gone. The Oracle bore a message from the goddess, Hestia. Told Hippolyta to take her daughter away from Sparta, lest they both Perish." Dillios explained.

My heart felt a little relief. Knowing that my girls were at least alive... Was... Well, I was happy. But it didn't take away the fact my son was dead.

" Do you know where they went?" I asked.

" I do not know. But perhaps asking the Oracle would help. If anything, it would give you a chance to find them." Dillios spoke. His words were wise. If anyone would know where they have gone it would be the one who sent them away.

" Hestia, it would seem the gods do favor me... At least you do. Thank you Dillios. I must see the oracle as soon as possible. So, I must leave you to celebrate alone." I told the man as I got to my feet.

" I understand my friend. I pray to the gods I will see you--"

As Dillios spoke a ship suddenly rolled onto the shore. And on that ship was a single woman.

" Timaeus of Sparta. It is urgent, you must come with me." The woman spoke in a hurry.

Dillios and I raised our spears and pointed them at the woman.

" Who are you witch? How do you know my name? And what are you doing here?" I asked the woman.

We had just fought a battle and I was still on edge. It is most often when finishing an opponent that one lets his guard down. I know this all too well. And I won't let this woman be the reason for my death.

" You don't understand, Spartan. I am not your enemy. I was sent by lady Hestia, this is urgent. The amazons are under attack. Hercules is there now, but you must come yourself. Your family is in danger. I was sent to fetch you."

My eyes widened in shock. The amazons? My family? Why were they on amazon. Why was Hercules there. All these questions were running through my head. But I didn't have time to worry about them or an answer. Once I heard my family was in danger, I boarded the ship much to Dillios' protests and set off with the woman.

" HURRY! NOW!" I shouted at the woman.

" Wait! Timaeus! It could be a trap" Dillios shouted in worry.

" Maybe. But if she speaks the truth, then my girls need me." I told the man. " And if you lie? You die."

My threat seemed to concern the woman as she tensed up immensely.

I don't care if she's scared. All I know is I'm going to save my girls, and may the gods have mercy on any man or monster foolish enough to try and stop me.

Amazonia.

" AMAZONS UNITE!" Hippolyta, queen of the amazons and the woman Hippolyta of Sparta was named after, shouted to the top of her lungs, blood dripping from her face, which had been dyed red completely. She stood defiantly with her sisters as they fended off Tritons forces of the sea.

" CEASE THIS ACTION TRITON! It is beneath you" Hercules shouted as he tossed Triton across the fields of themyscira.

" Never! Father has given me a mission and I will see it through. These girls have committed treason against Greece. And they must be punished." Triton spoke as he raised his trident.

" You've already slain the girl's mother. Must she die for no reason? Use your head Triton, what could these two have done to endanger Greece or Olympus? Nothing! You are only blindly following the words of your father. A man so conceited and arrogant that he believes anything that doesn't bend to his will is to be destroyed. What does that say about you or the rest of us?"

" He is my father, and he wishes to protect Greece. As do I. And anyone who threatens the safety of Greece must be punished. You may be stronger than me physically. But I command the seas around you Hercules. And this time, I will not retreat." Triton spun his trident around and raised it towards Hercules and charged him. " YOU CAN'T BEAT ME!"

" OH YEAH?! JUST WATCH ME!!!" Hercules replied as he swung his giant golden mace.
